Habana Club bar and grill — Restaurant in Memphis

Everything about this place says authentic. It was recommended by a friend whose mother was Cuban. There is an extensive menu and a number of choices that easily compared to the best Cuban food we have had. I’m afraid I cannot duplicate many of the names given to the food, but the rice and black bean dish was superb. The plantains were very good and cooked to perfection. Both yucca dishes were excellent. The lunch menu is reasonably priced and you get quite a bit. The dinner menu is even more impressive with quite a few choices. We really liked the shrimp with their special cream sauce, and I found the pork and beef dishes excellent during both our lunch and dinner visits. Be sure to try their selection of fruit juices as they taste very fresh and are nicely done. The wait staff and owner were extremely friendly and helpful and the vibe of the place was upbeat. This place not just feels like restaurants, a bar, or a club. It feels like family and feels welcome. It's hard to find that feel-good feeling. This is my "cheers" place where everyone knows everyone at the bar. I wish my name was Norm, lol.

The food is amazing. When I found out Cuban restaurant was open not far from my home, there has to be a Cuban sandwich there because it has been 10 years since I had it. Their Cuban sandwich tasted like 10 years ago. Cuban pizza is just perfect for bar food.

Including a beautiful lady who is the waitress and she offered me orange with salt and hot sauce on it. I felt like family here taking care of one another.

I haven't experienced the cuban dance floor yet but will return if a lady...

New restaurant in Memphis! Come on out and support these folks! The service is friendly and absolutely on point! Very friendly and engaging! They are interested in you and readily share their great culture! To top it off, on top of some of the best service in casual dining in Memphis,the food is fantastic! Tostones, Black beans and rice Maduros! You get YOUR choice of 3 sides with a meal! And the mains! Every time Ive gone, I left there stuffed!
