Buckle up because this will be a lengthy review. My husband and our friend came here tonight, 1/13/25 around 8:15pm for reference on workers present.
Food: Overall, pretty alright. The burgers were made correctly, fresh and warm, and the chicken fries were also fresh and warm. The cookies however were room temperature and hard. They weren't kept warm and likely were prepared this morning. Food is 4/5.
The staff: The manager was awful. She was berating, degrading, and swearing at the cashier for taking our order on the inside (it was apparently closed) and for sitting down. The manager was swearing loudly in front of customers and acting like it was such a nuisance that we were there. The cashier was very kind and helpful, and the person frying was doing a good job as well. The manager said to the cashier, among other things "This is why you should have just told them drive thru only" because she was apparently confused about what the fry person was giving her. Overall, unhappy and unwelcoming environment as a customer. Staff rating is a 3/5 simple because of the mamager. We will not be returning to this location unless the manager is...
Read moreI stop at this location quite often. I always arrive a few minutes after 10AM. On the trip prior to today's visit, they were out of croissants and offered biscuits instead . No problem. It happens. Today I ordered two sausage croissants and was given a total and then asked to drive around to the window. When I got to the window, she asked me what my order was. Well I was the only car in line but I repeated my order. She looked at me and said" we ain't serving breakfast anymore today" This was at 10:14 after she had already confirmed and taken my order. No apology... no nothing. I just looked at her, bit my lip, and drove off. I'm not sure if the management of that location has a clue or not. It's safe to say that I'll never go back there again. I'd rather spend time in a long line to get a better product...
Read moreSeems like every Burger King I enter and ask for a shake(strawberry), I get the same response; " the shake machine is down." A recent response to my shake request was , after i tried to dismiss the first excuse, " it doesn't taste good." Well, I do appreciate him offering his taste buds in a lazy rescue attempt in saving me from a world of disappointment behind the taste of my strawberry shake that came from the machine that was supposively down. I would've rather preferred the honest answer and told "No...I don't want to be stuck at the shake machine. I hope things like this can positively improve in Burger King. I come from California....its not slow in the fast food chain like it is here...then again...there's more Hispanics over there, and yes they're working Burger Kings, McDonalds, the Wendy's....
