To anyone who goes there if you have a bad experience and mention it . You will be banned from coming back. They won’t fix the problem like most credible businesses If Josh or this club is so great why haven’t they fixed this complaint. Because they believe the Memphis public is stupid.. Stealing is a Big Deal. My complaint is major. I have been there 3 times. I was invited there 4 years ago by a regular who is a well known memphian. We all couldn’t sit together so we got multiple tables. We witnessed a dancer take money from our friends table. .We alerted him but he didn’t make a big deal about it but was upset. That was our 1st experience witnessing a theft. Our 2nd time we were invited back again and was inside waiting on our friend to arrive. He gets there but they would not let him in. Security said he was banned for writing a review.. The last time just a few weeks ago we were late arriving but be and another friend were asked to leave because of the review. That review was 4 years ago. I’ve personally come to Memphis to see if management has made improvements on his complaint. It seems management is hell bent on being vindictive towards my friend about his honesty in writing the review. I witnessed it . She took money off the table then proceeded to mock them . He as a customer has every right to report any abuse. The owner and . management has a right to refuse admission. It seems a vindictive grudge is what management is all about. The dancer still there How would you feel. Knowing someone stole from you and no consequences for that action but you getting banned for being truthful. What planet is that fair on. This place is a joke. Their way of taking care of a customer that had a bad experience is to ban them!!! The owner cant handle a bad review from a bad experience!!! Most places would offer to make it right but the owners way to make it right is to ban the person because they wrote a bad review. My wife and I came here for my birthday on 12/8 and there was one girl that danced for an HOUR then after that there were no girls at all. We were told they don't know where all the girls are. We were told to come back next week and they will take care of our cover for our bad experience, which we did and when we get there they have good news and bad news, good news is i can come in bad news is my wife is banned!!! The kicker is we were told it is because she left a bad review and if she took down the bad review they would possibly let her back in, what the heck kind of place does that? Its like bribery. You take the bad review down that everyone can see and that makes them look bad and you can come back in. Why not own up to it and make things right like any respectable business would, but no the owner is not a respectable guy and instead of fixing his bars problem he just bans people that had a bad time.
