UPDATE: Please be careful for scammers in the area that prey on customers at this place. Unfortunately, despite my street smarts I got scammed by a guy who claimed he just came from Cuba and needed money to feed his baby and girlfriend. Said he would Zelle me in exchange for cash. Zelle was fake and I lost money. He began by asking the employee for a glass of water. Just be mindful and careful.
Haven't had a Le Sandwicherie sandwich in forever. Was passing by the North Beach location which I didn't know existed, so decided to stop in. It was late night and sadly they ONLY had croissants. So I ordered their smoked salmon sandwich and salad combo. It was nicely toasted, the salad was mediocore, thankfully the famous vinagrette helped. A bit let down, but can't expect much late at night.
The young blond gentleman behind the counter was shy but nice. We talked about his experience in Miami....how it's changed, etc
If I do come back, most likely take the sandwich to go to avoid weird scammers that hang...
Read moreI rarely leave reviews, but I had such an amazing experience that I need to share. Miami is a bustling city of nightlife and it is extremely difficult to come across someone working past 11pm who doesn’t have a nasty face/attitude. Upon walking in around 11:30pm, I placed an order only to be told that they were out of baguettes. Even though my sandwich was made with a croissant (extremely fresh and fluffy) it was the BEST sandwich I have ever had in my entire life. The sandwich artist expressed his love for working late night and “making sandwiches with love.” I felt that love in every. Single. Bite. Please visit this establishment after 10pm and see the man, Andre. He infuses the sandwich with MAGIC and you can taste it. The special sauce is also a necessity. This place felt like a warm hug. Thank you...
Read moreWe just ordered from the Sandwicherie North Beach location being that we are fans of the Wynwood location and to our disappointment, the salami in my Frenchie sandwich was expired (visible brown spots and tasted awful) along with the veggies in the Terminator sandwich being wilted and obviously getting close to expiration. I also said no onions and my sandwich came loaded with red onions. The worst part is that I called the restaurant to resolve the issue and the lady who answered the phone told me “that it’s not possible” that the sandwiches were at a good quality. In other words, I am a liar and called for no reason. Terrible food, terrible service at this location. If you want a better la Sandwicherie sandwich, go to the Brickell or Wynwood locations. I have always had a great...
