Hard to call this place a "pizza place" because it is so much nicer than any pizza place I've ever been to. Definitely a perk to the area of old school Miami Beach. First, the food: the crust is simply amazing. Apparently a cold fermentation process where the dough is left to rise for 72 hours, making it somehow fluffy and yet crispy all at once. It's not gluten-free per se but it is gluten friendly, easier to digest, and absolutely delicious!! They have all these varieties on display and when you order, they cut off rectangular sections sized to your liking to be heated up individually and then cut into small squares, almost like tapa style. So much fun! We had like eight different kinds of pizza that we sampled. What a creative and unique method! I absolutely loved it and cannot wait to bring more people here. Super fun. My favorite was the four cheese, tied with the garlic spinach and Gorgonzola, but frankly all of it was tasty. The margarita pizza with fresh basil was divine. They are generous with the toppings, they don't skimp on the octopus or the short rib or the pepperoni or the meatballs...I cannot wait to come back and try more varieties. The place is super clean and beautiful. Some really nice touches, glass vases with babies breath flowers, live potted fiddle leaf fig trees, pretty hanging lamps...lovely space. Plenty of seating, inside and out. I did not try any of the salads because I really wanted to sample a lot of the pizza but the salads look great. Next time. I did have a divine café latte and an amaretto cookie that was deeeelish. Drink selections include a variety of bottled or canned wine-based cocktails, like sangria and mimosa, very chic and South-Beachy. The owners, a husband and wife team, are the nicest people, friendly and accommodating. The husband is one of the chefs. Really great people. I read some reviews where people called the place expensive. I disagree. This is not some dumpy little pizza joint. The pizza isn't necessarily cheap but nor did I find it overpriced, especially given that the ingredients are high-quality and the toppings are generous. You pay by the weight of what you order. I did not have any issue with the cost, and given the added benefits of the beautiful ambience and the excellent service, it is worth it. This area needed a place like this. Definitely...
Read moreEAT HERE. Seriously!! Delicious, fresh food and kind service. Something on the menu for everyone. We had a group of 4 - my mom ordered the wellness salad and my dad ordered the pepperoni. My brother and I split the Margherita, eggplant Parmesan, smoked salmon, spicy Cajun shrimp, onion, and cheese pizzas. You can let the person cutting the pizza know how big of a slice you want which is really nice - we ordered smaller slices of all of them so we could try a bunch of different kinds of pizzas, my favorite was probably the onion. Also I got an amaretto cookie on the way out and it was the perfect amount of little sweetness to end our meal on.
My brother asked what were the couple of beers on tap and the man working (I think was the owner) asked if he wanted to try them both. He ended up getting a tasty Pilsner, I ordered a local red IPA that went really well with all of the pizzas.
Not only was the food fresh and literally everything we ate was delicious, but the service was so great. It was a chill vibe and the people working were lowkey while also sweet and generous. Also the prices??? So cheap!! This place really has it all, if we lived locally we'd definitely make this a regular spot. Can't...

Blossom is an incredible Italian-style restaurant tucked away in the middle of the block—you might drive right past it without even knowing it’s there. But once you find it, you’re in for a treat!
Their unique pizza-by-the-pound concept is brilliant. You can try a variety of flavors by ordering slivers of different pizzas, which makes for a fun and delicious experience. I had an onion pizza and a small square of another flavor, and both were fantastic. Their salads and pastas also look amazing, and I can’t wait to come back for a full dinner.
The quality of ingredients is top-notch, and the complementary hot oils, red pepper, and Parmesan add a nice touch. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is casual—order at the counter, then sit and enjoy.
If I could give more than five stars, I would. Highly recommend checking out this hidden gem in...
