Yes, I'll pile on. 1 hour & 20 minutes to exchange their outdated router for a newer model. Why can't you just mail me a new router and then I will drop the old worthless one off at a UPS store? I was told to visit a store by a customer service rep over the phone. Why didn't that person tell me that I was able to make an appointment? I certainly would have done that.
I didn't need to use it but the kiosk to pay your bill was out of service. That machine (aka robot cash register) should not be out of service for more than five minutes. People are coming in to give you money why is the machine not working? People were forced to wait in line with everyone else to pay their bill.
But here's the real message management needs to hear ... I observed your store for over an hour. Wonderful customer service reps did their best appeasing customers and truthfully, making each customer feel like they aren't being rushed once they get to the gate. But I also saw what I would have to deal with should I ever decide to get phone service with you. This is why I pay more money to another carrier because they run customer service better than you. I can't imagine running into my phone store and having to wait hours to handle what sometimes can be an emergency situation. I also overheard quite a few customers being told that it would be over a week before they got their new phone. I expect to receive a new phone within 24 hours.

Read moreI’m very disappointed with the customer service my grandparents and I received today at the Spectrum store in Millbury around 2:00 PM. My grandparents went in to buy a new iPhone, and the employee helping us, Katie, was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start.
When we arrived, she left us waiting for nearly 20 minutes without speaking to us. After we purchased the phone, we asked if she could help set it up since my grandparents’ English isn’t very strong. She refused and said, “That’s for you to do.” Every time we asked her to please slow down while talking so we could better understand, she ignored us.
Before leaving, a small piece of trash from unboxing the phone was accidentally left on the desk. Instead of handling it politely, Katie snapped, “Take your trash on your way out.” When my grandfather said he didn’t have a trash can nearby, she rudely told him, “Get your trash off my desk.”
I asked to speak with her manager, and she went into the back for a minute before coming back to say “he’s not here.” No attempt was made to resolve the situation or take accountability for how we were treated.
I truly hope Spectrum reviews the store cameras and holds Katie accountable for how she treated us today. No customer — especially elderly customers and those with a language barrier — should be treated with such disrespect. Read moreZER0 STARS I can't even explain what a disaster this place is. i cancelled my services with spectrum. i have tried to return their cable equipment multiple times - the workers are just either chillin behind a tiny desk, ignoring everyone that walks in or just chitchatting about random stuff with customers. there is a crowd of people in here right now - u cant check in cause the screen is broken & the workers dont have a care in the world. worst customer service ive ever had - horrible wifi & cable & our phone line has never worked. i reported it many times, but got nothing from spectrum. i've had them my entire adult life - i was paying 323.09 a month for cable/internet/phone. I CANT BELIEVE IVE BEEN PAYING THIS MUCH MONEY FOR THIS KIND OF B.S. i just had Frontier installed and am mind blown how much i am paying for high speed wifi. i'm paying 40.00 a month for high speed fiber internet & i use an atenna so for cable & internet i pay a total of 75ish dollars a month. i suggest anyone looking to save some money, look into it.
