I thought this store was a good place until I decided to upgrade my phone to the Motorola Edge and bring a friend in as a new customer so he could get the same phone for free. I ordered the phones and I was charged 600.00 dollars. I paid for the 2 phones and was told they were out of stock and due to presidents day they would not arrive until Wednesday. I went in on Wednesday and they had not arrived. I was upset but they said due to snow back east they were sure to have them in by the next Wednesday the 29th. I went in and talked to them on the 27th and the 28 th and was told they had not arrived but for sure on the 29 .My friend and I went in on the 29th and we were upset. They still had not arrived so we asked for our money back The manager played around with the credit card machine and reported that their machine had quit working and he would provide us with a written check on the 01/31/2025. This store had kept 600.00 cash and informed us of a written check in two more days. I have never been treated this bad in any retail...
Read moreI had a really bad experience at this store today. The sales rep, Alex, tried to sell me a phone that Metro advertises as free — even though there’s a big sign on the window saying that the phone is free. He was trying to charge me $180 instead.
I came in with everything needed to qualify — my account number, PIN, and I was porting my number from another provider. After giving him all my info, when it was time to connect the phone, he asked which phone I wanted to buy. I told him I just wanted the free phone that’s being advertised, and he said there were no free phones at all.
This is completely misleading. If Metro is advertising free phones, the stores should honor that. Trying to sell a supposedly free phone for $180 is unacceptable. I’ll be escalating this complaint — very disappointed, and I won’t be visiting this...

I am trying to fix the situation and unfortunatly the customer service rep spent 20 min complaining about helping me in Spanish ... They didnt kbow I understand them. They were insulting and refused to help. The lady trued to look up a phone number several times... Every time she got the number wrong. And insisted I cannot fix the situation. ... It was a good visit that turned into myself loosing respect for this team. #1 rep i delt with was guessing my personal info for me against my wishes (fraud) #2 rep refused to help and spent 20 min insulting me to her manager. They even called me pendajo! ... I won't use them again. I suggest you don't if you dont...
