Super disappointed. I placed an order with their catering over the phone for our office Halloween lunch on 10-26-2018 after multiple attempts to place it we were finally able to get it to completion. We have 65 employees and placed an order for $600 worth of food. At 8:00 in the morning on Halloween I got an email from catering telling me there was an error with my order and that it had not been transmitted to the store. I immediately called catering and was advised they were sorry but there was nothing that they could do and that there was no way the store was going to be able to fulfill my order on such a short notice.
This put me in a very bad position as I have an office full of employees expecting lunch and most restaurants require 24 hours notice for an order that size. Luckily I was able to get Cafe Rio to come through for us but I ended up spending an hour and a half of my time this morning scrambling to figure something out.
It is now 10:20 and I just received a call from what I assume was the store asking me for an accurate head count! What is going on? I told him my order was cancelled by catering and he was clearly annoyed by that as well. We will not ever be using Noodles and Company catering again. Horrible communication and horrible...
Read moreI’ve been to this location numerous times and they’ve always been a little slower than standard fast food, but today was a horrible experience. I placed my order at 12:57 and didn’t get it until around 1:35 (an order that took them less than 5 minutes to prepare... just plain old Mac and cheese). Normally I would let it slide but I felt like they were giving priority to the customers that chose to “stay”. The delay seemed to only affect those that chose “to-go”. I was only one of many that had to wait, but there is no reason why someone right in front of me in line that chose to “stay” should receive their food within 10 minutes and get a mistake fixed on one dish, all while still managing to leave 10-15 minutes before I received my to-go order... meanwhile I watched others that placed their to-go orders after me leave. They had to come to me and ask me my name and order twice before I got my food... yet the receipts were right in front of them. Pretty pitiful. Management definitely needs to come up with a better system for getting orders out... because at this point the only redeeming factor is that the food is...
Read moreThe young short blonde manager Brooke was absolutely horrible to my daughter & I. Practically kicked us out immediately upon the store closing, despite the fact we arrived almost 45 prior to them closing & our food being served very cold, so having to ask for it to be warmed up which they were not able to do, instead gave a neew scoop of sauce which didnt really help except for for a few minutes until it too got cold. She also forgot to add the side of chicken to our order saying it was because I never told her what kind I wanted, when even her own employee confirmed i did in fact tell her, & then when she brought me the chicken for my 7 year old daughter that was also ice cold. Very disappointed. Took my daughter for our girls night out there cuz shes been asking to go there specifically for months and thats the experience we had. I dont put that on noodles on company, it was because of Brooke's very poor attitude & her other male employee told me at the register that she had been having a bad day all day so like, apparently I wasnt the first one to have issues with her...
