The manager called me and made the most sincere apology!! He took responsibility for what happened and told me my name is at the store and go anytime to correct the issue! Thatâs the service Iâve come to expect from the people here, I still think the person working should be told not to tell people they werenât told incorrect information when they clearly were! But Iâm very happy he reached out to me as quick as he did, not even one hour later and he was calling me to correct the issue at hand and offer options to fix it! Thank you very much for accepting my feedback and offering to fix it! I am happy and will be returning! Itâs not about what happened but how they acknowledge it and offer to fix it!! Went last night and bought a new vape! I asked many questions, the biggest thing I DIDNâT want was 18650 batteries, I prefer the built in batteries over the removable 18650s so with that in mind I ensured to look at vapes that the guy said were built in batteries! I ended up with the Segelei Humvee 80, and I again ensured to ask it had built in batteries and the guy promised it was built in! I get home and being excited to set it up and use it, I get it out of the box and notice it has 2% battery so I grab the charger cable and plug it in and get it ready to use! I got busy and about two hours pass by and I go to get the mod and find itâs still at 2% not really knowing why I just let it charge overnight! I wake up in the morning and find the mod is still at 2%. I get off work and return to the store barley 24 hours later to return it thinking itâs defective. I walk in and am greeted by a different guy, I tell him my issue and explain I would like to exchange it, he then informs me itâs not holding a charge because it needs a single 18650 battery (EXACTLY WHAT I DIDNâT WANT) so I tell him what the guy the night prior told me and I explained to him that I would like to exchange it for something more of what I was actually looking for! He told me the best he could do was sell me 2 batteries (even though it only needed one) I explained to the guy that I was misled and provided incorrect information about the product, he looked me up and down and locked eyes with me and said âyou werenât misled or provided incorrect information, you misunderstood) so my question was: if everyone knew it needed a 18650 battery, why didnât the guy sell me one last night? If I had known it had a removable battery I wouldnât have bought it! If I knew it needed a battery, why am I standing in front of you wondering why it wonât charge? So I asked him when the manager will be in so I can come talk to them in an attempt to make the situation right, the guy told me âthe managers come in at random so I canât tell you, you will just have to keep calling and see when and if you can get through to oneâ what kind of customer service is that?? He basically told me Iâm SOL and made me feel stupid for not knowing it needed batteries then called me a liar and refused to acknowledge or even attempt to correct the situation and allowed me to walk out spending an additional $22 on top of what I spent last night, and allowed me to leave EXTREMELY upset! I come here all the time and have never had a problem like this, they have sold me the wrong tanks before and I came in and they corrected it no problem, Iâve been sold defective atomizers and they fix it no problem, but all the sudden Iâm a liar and itâs a problem! This situation made me lose trust for the employees at this store and that makes me not want to spend my money there anymore! Why would I go somewhere that misleads me on the products, sells me something I never asked for with features I specifically said I DIDNâT want then refuses to acknowledge or correct the situation and flat out calls me a liar to my face? Why? Why would I do that? Go somewhere that makes you feel stupid for someone elseâs mistake? No thank you! I loved this vape store, but I canât trust going...
   Read moreI went into Murray vape because it was close to my new address try to find a replacement part for my kangertech. The store was empty and from the start the gentleman behind the counter seemed very irritated that I had even walked through the door. I asked for some help with replacement parts and without even looking at my device he went on to say that it was out of date and I wouldn't find parts for it anywhere. He was very rude and very short and I had debated looking elsewhere for the replacement parts, but while looking through the glass I decided to just grab a new unit and not worry about replacing the glass on the 1 I have. The next day I decided to look into replacement parts again and discovered the were readily available and my unit wasn't out of date at all. My recept said I was helped by Christian. He either has no idea what he spews out of his mouth or he is a flat out liar. He was short, rude, uneducated and very annoyed that I was even there. I was there less then 5 minutes and I spent $50 but wish I had taken my business elsewhere. I can assure you that I will never walk into this...
   Read moreBought an atomizer on Monday which wasnt the ideal one for my falcon tank cuz it was wired instead of mesh and they said it would work, didnt put it in till Wednesday night found out it wasnt working, came back to the store Thursday afternoon they said it probably was a short we can swap it out unfortunately we dont have the mesh ones yet which should have been in on Wednesday but they weren't, not a big deal. Went to the register and they said I had to pay again, the lady that helped me was really nice I brought up my concern with paying again cause I shouldn't not my fault it shorted. This kid who I guess is the manager but looks too young for that position and it showed, got involved. He said it's open and used lol i said but it's not my fault it shorted. I mean are you kidding me!? of course I have to open it to find out if it works and he laughed, he got frustrated with the convo pointed to the register with the sign about all sales are final and walked away saying there is nothing he can do.
