Such a warm and inspiring place. When I walk in I feel ready to dance & work. The studio has everything I need there and I receive the comfort I’ve been missing in a dance space. From the lounge area, to the sitting tables, to the actual dance floor, this place makes me feel fluid; I appreciate all of its “multi-useful” purposes! I’ve done some inspiring work in this place and I’m immensely grateful for my experiences here. The studio is extremely spacious and clean with a nice, lounge area. The collective that runs this studio (Ladies of Hip Hop) is so supportive of every visitor that comes and also a group of community leaders who can provide you with various learning and education resources in street styles. Location is convenient and train runs frequently. The studio is relatively new so rental schedule is definitely not as hectic as other studios in Manhattan, while giving you the same if not better amenities and cleanliness. Cannot...

I love this space so much and the lovely ladies who run it! All dancers who come in, get the opportunity to train one on one with some truly dedicated artists and you feel completely free of judgements. To boot, the space really loans itself to creating an intimate, welcoming environment.
