CubeSmart Self Storage if Brooklyn — Local services in New York

They increase the prices about every six months like clockwork. They will use excuses such as "you had a sale" and "maintenance fees" to charge you for literally anything they can. I had the exact same 5x7 unit for about 2 years, it started at 75/month and by the end, I was paying 110 a month, no taxes and fees included. Their business model is to pray on people with financial issues.

Super easy and convenient storage space -always the perfect temp, too. I was concerned about a rate increase for my unit and CubeSmart, specifically Michelle, was super understanding and accommodating to my financial needs. These are tough times! It can be a bit scary to ask for help, but the kindness and warmth I received was so comforting. Just very personable and very Human -something that feels rare right now. Thieves. A perfectly clean storage facility then they feel free to raise your rent every 6 months. Highly advise against this facility. I pay $150 for the smallest unit and they have "no control" over the rent increase, it's unprofessional and shady. A terrible company policy.
