It did the job... I guess? I stayed here for the location. Right off of Prince Street (lots of restaurants nearby!) and a short walk to Flushing-Main St. Station. The bathroom was quite dirty. You could see stains on the walls and build up in the corners. Showering didn't feel great. The toilet paper roll also fell off the holder often, which was annoying and unsanitary. The bed was comfortable, but the blankets were cheap and way too thin. I had to request for more blankets! I'm a heavy sleeper, but the walls are not well insulated. I could hear people in the hallways talking... And I was shocked to see the CLEANING STAFF would be talking loudly over the phone or playing loud music. Ironic, since the fromt desk had a sign that said "No loud music allowed". Before leaving and checking out, I requested to store my luggage with them for the afternoon. Funny enough - they guided me to a random storage closet on the second floor of the building... Just casually put my luggage in there with a bunch of random things (broken chairs, old tables, etc). This did the job, but super odd and random.

Very nice hotel, perfect for solo travel and family travel. Semi-affordable, I paid $900 for four nights. Location of hotel is very convenient, right next to a lovely cafe and in easy walking distance to the subway. Room was clean upon arrival and room service cleaned the room every day while I was staying. Service was also very kind, even offered to let me borrow a charger when mine broke and held my luggage behind the desk after checking out. Hotel was quieter than expected and the location was also quiet at night. Overall a 10/10 experience all around.

Verdaderamente asqueroso

I typically do not leave poor reviews but wanted to save someone from making the mistake I made and dodge this place. Please do not book this hotel out of convenience or to save an extra $100.00, because it was an insanely poor decision. First of all, they charged me prior to my arrival to check in, which is not how I was informed the transaction would happen. I do not understand or agree with the reviews that say that the location is safe… it really is not. The building is surrounded by dumpsters/sewage and alleyways and the overall vibe of the area and the property itself is very ominous and bizarre. The rooms were poorly lit and the hotel lacked signage, so it took my boyfriend and I ten minutes just to figure out how to exit. This alone is a safety hazard. Those things would likely have been a dealbreaker for me, but what made us leave was the fact that they did not have reliable WiFi (something I needed for a mandatory meeting). Their servicer did not even show up in any of my phone’s available networks so I’m assuming it’s nonexistent or inaccessible to guests. The front desk associates seemed very disengaged and honestly seemed to not care less for the inconveniences. All in all, the experience just cost me more money and stress. Spend the extra hundred or so dollars and get a nicer, safer hotel...

Best Feature: Convenient location in the center of Flushing within 8-10mins walking distance to public transportation and express bus to/from LGA airport||Most Impressed: Housekeeping staff seen cleaning and mopping throughout the day especially in the hallways.||Need for Improvement: Overall refurbishment and updates - could use a new coat of paint, dings and dents throughout the hotel, run down fixtures and mold in the bathroom ||Room size was quite small. Room pics are pretty accurate except our room was missing the rolling office chair; in-room fridge and microwave are a great plus; our bed was not that comfortable due to a smaller-sized mattress topper added to the bed causing us to constantly slip to the edge. VERY small front desk area - we were able to store our luggage before and after our stay (though not secure) and staff allowed us to check-in an hour earlier which was very much...
