So I tried to order from the Navarre location yesterday 4/15/21. The website said they were open at 10:45 am. So at 11:30 I attempted to place an order through the website. It gave me a time of arrival 96-111 minutes which would have been around 1:15 pm for delivery or so. The website also said the lobby was now reopened for dining as well. My food never arrived. I called the store at 2:30 and asked about my order. They couldn't find it. The told me to call my bank for the credit card order to see if it had been placed. My bank doesn't keep tract of that and the manager or assistant manager Nick told me there is a number on the back of my card. There is not. I called back and was told that I had to place the order online. So I attempted it again. When giving my order the total came up different so I tried to get exactly what I had previously ordered and the computer sent me to Nick again. I got nowhere at this point. When looking for my credit card to view the phone number on the back I frustratingly I said "All I wanted was lunch." When I got back to the phone the line was dead. This was my first attempt to order and have it delivered through I believe, Door Dash and it was unsuccessful and very disappointing. I stopped on my way home to order in person being told the lobby was open. There was a note on the door stating Lobby closed for dining in and the door was locked. Read moreupdate still no bueno! As the worker tried to set a world record for time to make a burrito, I saw half my steak go flying across the counter. And light sour cream means nothing...and half of the items are not asked about which is ok for me but my son ended up with half of what he wanted. We don’t feel lucky that you sliced out 30 seconds in your day to do what I can get across the road at Taco Bell for half the cost with friendly workers!
Hopefully they learn how to process an online order with an hour lead time for 3 people...
Returned for dine in and they still have a lot of work to do...skipped over rice and bean options for my wife’s, my burrito waiting in line got drips of the hot water beneath the container as a guy recklessly swapped it out, the light sour cream comment was glossed over as she piled on a half gallon of sour cream and said “you said light cheese?”, and then we had to listen to 2 employees complain about how busy they were while we waited for them to check us out. I guess casual was the only box they checked on this visit...
And main complaint of going inside is that the main door dumps you in the middle of the food line, so that’s kind of awkward for coming/going and a strike against the...

6/2025 - Aww, man! All these years of eating at Chipotle, and this was our first bad experience—unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. Maybe it was because it was a Sunday? I’m not sure, but I’ve always loved Chipotle, so this was a letdown.
We paid for extra meat and asked for chicken and steak, but barely received any chicken at all. The steak tasted a little gamey, undercooked, and was extremely chewy. We also requested extra veggies—none were added. The guacamole was brown, the food was cold, and the portion size was small, especially for the price and add-ons we paid for. It felt like a total waste.
Out of curiosity, I checked the reviews afterward and realized I wasn’t the only one with this type of experience at this location.
After being out in the sun all day, working and running on empty stomachs, this was just a huge letdown. It was too hot to drive back or even get something else. We ended up tossing the food and my husband end up buying another bowl from another location. Sadly, this will be our last time visiting...
