Taco Bell — Restaurant in Oregon

Manager + crew team tonight were very rude! First I ordered nachos with exta meat and cheese knowing I should of check my order because they are notorious for the fu*kery at this location for messing up orders I didn't! I went home to eat and only had meat on 3 nachos? Lol I called to let them know I was bring the order back, manager was asking me if I ate any of the meat off the 3 nachos I almost lost it 😂 I told her no while I was talking to her another worker just comes and closes the window? when I asked for my money back because at this point I was irritated some other worker was is the background smiling and waving at me like she was in some type of pageant show? I thought to myself Never seen this chick b4 in my life? so to me they were all making fun of the situation, if you can't handle your job find another one! Ppl like this don't take there jobs seriously someone Needs to look into this location because if they did it to me it makes me wonder how many other costumers gotta go thru the same thing, they are too under staff...

It's good to see a Taco Bell that has plenty of room in it but the new Taco Bell didn't seem very cozy it was very modern I can't say that I'd want to hang out there for any extended time in conversation. Also when we went in we were expected to go to the machines but nobody told us to go to the new machines except there was a young worker there that was standing by the machine cuz we automatically went up to the counters I think there needs to be a sign that says order from the machine or at the counter many people are not comfortable ordering from a machine. Plus it doesn't seem like we're getting a lot for pur money at the Bell anymore food was still good however potatoes were dried out and things were skimpy. Not sure if I'll...

I’m highly disappointed. Majority of my order was messed up. All of the food was cold. Half the food was soggy and tasted old like it was left out. I paid good money for my order and for it to be messed up is so annoying. Just please do you job right and stop messing up orders you’re getting paid to do this stuff. I will never go to this Taco Bell ever again. It was a big waste of money. I am not satisfied and I am very disgusted on how taco is comfortable with serving their customers with nasty cold food and didn’t even get the order right. Get it together for real.
