The room was nice, but the jets in the bathtub didn't work. The air conditioning didn't work in every room. It was quite warm. We had to open the windows to cool it down. The hot tub was not working. There was some smudges and stuff on the floor that looked like they hadn't been cleaned up. Overall, it was nice, but what we got for what we paid is not worth it. If everything would have been working then?Yes, it would be absolutely worth it.But considering the jets in the tub weren't working the hot tub, the air, food stuff on the floor. And there was not very much warm water at all.I showered in straight hot water just to have a warm shower that was before we ever even attempted to get a bath. We decided to try the bathtub once we got home from our concert. There wasn't enough hot water for that. These photos that I took were not of anything bad. They were just of your room.

Great location, staff was freindly. Rooms looked beautiful on the website, but when we opened the door, we were a bit shocked. Room 508 needed to be renovated about 20 years ago. Old and worn out is the best description. Ice maker broken, hair dryer didn't work. I did repair the blinds so we could close them. Heater kicks on randomly. Had to keep the windows open for 5 days straight. Cabinet doors falling off. Our chargers kept falling out of the outlets since they were worn out. Half didn't even work. Didn't even want to try the 1970's microwave for fear of being irradiated. I did ask to be moved and there was just no availability. Felt a bit taken on this one.

We were very happy with the friendly staff running the Silver King. The rooms were very nice and accommodating… We had a little problem and the staff was very happy to address the situation. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to your beautiful Park City!

We love the rooms. They are great and accommodate our whole family. It was frustrating when it came to emptying the garbage each day. There needs to be a better location or a garbage pickup place, it was very inconvenient.

We received 2 parking passes when we arrived. We only had 3 vehicles between all of us. I got a phone call from the front clerk at 10:00 pm on the 2nd night regarding my son's vehicle. (he had received a temporary pass the first night) She was very upset telling us how we needed to get a pass each day or the vehicle would be towed, but gave no solution of where he should park. He went down to the front desk to discuss it and she literally cried saying the HOA would be very mad and told him how hard it was for her to get people to comply, and she felt that I had lied to her in our previous phone conversation. I never lied - but I wasn't fully informed about renewing the pass each day, I had told her we all had passes. He had parked outside (never in the underground parking garage). It took about 15 minutes for her to finally tell him where he could actually park. He apologized because he felt he had upset her and went to park his vehicle.

The final night he went at 9:00 to check on where to park, she told him he needed to come back later. He went at 10:00 and was told he was fine and could stay in the same parking as the previous night, after waiting 15 minutes for her to decided. (he had not driven his car at all that day) It was VERY FRUSTRATING! What is wrong with parking outside the hotel??

We had 2 rooms with 15 people and obviously needed more that 2 parking spaces. Luckily, my daughter had a friend who lived down the road and she just parked her car there for the duration of our stay because she didn't want to deal with the...

Upon checkin we were told that the advertised ski locker wasn’t available. After 5 or 10 mins of debating this issue we were given a locker which turned out to totally inadequate for the 3 bedroom apartment we were in - it was approx a foot by 2 foot so we couldn’t even fit all our skis in it let alone boots and poles. We weren’t aware there was no daily room clean so that was a big negative considering the room rate. The games nook was a joke - none of the games were complete - no chess pieces, and all the other games were trashed. No rubbish removal - we had to ask where to take the rubbish. The oven didn’t work. The storage cupboard door in the main bedroom was difficult to close. The rooms were cold, the beds were very uncomfortable and crap inadequate bed linen/lack of Donna’s. The 3rd bedroom had a Fred Flintstone style double bunk that had a ladder to get up to the top bunk that was unusable due to its position and our daughter hit her head on the big timber structure so many times it obviously isn’t made right. The lounges were a big piece of worn out peeling crap. No laundry detergent was available and we had to go and buy our own as when we asked we were given just enough for one or 2 loads. There were broken lamps in the living room and owners paint rollers in the cupboards in the kitchen. We got locked out of our room on our final day at 10.30am even though checkout was at 11am so we had to wait around for reception to let us back in. There are no restaurants close by at all so you have to go to Main St which is fine but it is t that close and the buses although free are not reliable and difficult to navigate. Overall we would not recommend this apartment #506 to anyone. Definitely not...

Stayed at Silver King unit 306 in Park City Feb 20-25. The room itself was very nice, great location to ski resort, plenty of room, nice kitchen and living area and TVs. The bad news: Both toilets didn't flush good. It took 2 to 4 flushes to clear the bowl. And, yes, I looked in the tank and tried to fix the flapper. Not exactly what I want to be doing on vacation. Yuck. Also, the tub/shower in the master bath literally streamed water all the time. I couldn't get it to stop. This is probably wasting thousands of gallons of water per year. The in-room hot tub had several jets that don't work. Wasn't worth using. The public hot tub in the pool area wasn't any better. Maybe 4-5 out of a dozen jets worked. There was no wood for the fireplace. There was a nice looking blue tooth speaker that we couldn't connect to. And the ice maker in the freezer didn't work. We made due, since it was just 2 of us on a ski trip. But there's no way a family with kids could stay there. It would be a disaster. To the owners of unit 306: STICK A CROWBAR IN YOUR WALLET AND FORK OVER THE MONEY TO FIX YOUR UNIT!! You charge premium prices to rent your unit, people expect at least the basics to work! It would probably cost less than what we paid for a long weekend to fix everything...
