Take a few minutes and drive to Smiths, or Walmart, or ANYWHERE but here. I've given this store 3 tries and every time I leave there angry. Not annoyed or disappointed (and I'm not even remotely an angry person), I'm leaving a grocery store angry, to me that is a bizarre and unique experience. The service is beyond rude to the point of being openly hostile and antagonistic. I've worked service jobs and know how tiring and trying they can be and go out of my way to be friendly and understanding, but the climate in this store is beyond a cashier having a bad day. Most recently I made the regrettable choice to go there, as I was trying to be quick and it's closest to my home, to get a few groceries and some change. I collected the groceries (which ended up being almost 1.5x as expensive as the same items at Smiths, but that was my choice for convenience) and went to the self checkout. I bought my groceries and asked the attendant if I could get change from a twenty. She said I needed to go to customer service and she'd send someone over, she was curt and seemed annoyed that I asked her for change. I went to customer service and waited, and waited and waited. I went back and asked her to please page someone as no one was there and I hadn't heard anything over the intercom. She stared at me for an uncomfortably long time and then said "fine". I went back to customer service and the attendant walked off toward the back of the store and after a few minutes left through the front door with her purse, never having paged anyone. I went up to another cashier and asked for assistance, he said he'd finish checking his customer out then come help, I said thank you and went back to the desk. The cashier finished checking the customer out, turned off the light on his machine and then briskly walked to the back of the store. I went up to another cashier and asked for help, at this point trying very hard to be polite by very frustrated and they told me to "hold on a minute" . At this point I had been waiting for 15 minutes, this is not an exaggeration I checked my receipt and the time. Finally a man who had been standing by the end of the checkouts through out all of this, and who I assumed was a bagger, walks over to the desk, stands uncomfortably close to myself and my daughter and barks, "What Do You Need!?" I was so taken aback that it took me a moment to respond, and he was about to walk away when I said I wanted change. He roughly gave me the change and walked away, saying "have a nice day" The encounter was enough to have my daughter talking about the "angry man" for the rest of the night and into today. If I didn't need the change for that night I would have left, and wish I had. This place absolutely baffles me, and I have never had an experience at any store...

I love this store and have been so impressed with the service I have experienced recently. The employees have gone out of their way to be helpful and have made my trips so much better. I give Rachel, from American Fork, her own 5 star review. My initial grocery shop each time we arrive is so extensive. It is for sure at least 2 carts worth of food. I had a full cart and needed to start a second cart. Rachel assured me it would be fine to leave my cart in a certain area and let me know she would be happy to help with the checkout when I had all my items. It took a while to get the second cart of items but she actually came and found me in the store and let me know that she has already checked the first cart of items in and would be ready when I was to complete the transaction. No rush. She also brought my attention to a sale situation with the sodas I was purchasing and helped me take advantage of that as well, saving a little money in that area. I spend A LOT at this store and am usually shopping for a full house. It is good to know that there are such great people who truly care about the customers and go out of their way to help out. I love Park City and would rather enjoy my time with my family than wandering around the grocery store trying to find everything I need. I am a customer for...

REVISED - I've gone back to the market three more times, and each time, there was an open cashier aside from self-checkout. Therefore, I've increased my review to 5 stars. It must have been a bad day (people call in sick). Highly recommend even though prices are high (to be expected in Park City).

ORIGINAL REVIEW - Very good produce and items. Expensive but expected in Park City. Why three stars vs five?

No cashiers! Not even one. The only person was at self-serve.

We're paying a premium to shop here, yet they can't pay one employee to be a cashier? Four bags of groceries with no meat or alcohol cost $200! To pay one employee to serve those who don't want to self checkout is reasonable. Zero cashiers is wrong and shows they don't care about the community or employees.

Normally I use self check out for small orders. Several bags of groceries (that cannot go back in the cart) makes looking up codes for veggies complicated, and stressful.

Please complain to the store manager! Our voices matter but in volume. Don't believe their rhetoric that prices will go up, it's their profit that will take a tiny hit.

Sadly this is a great store that publicly gives their customers and employees an inappropriate finger gesture. Speak to the...

Simple review: I have visited over 20 stores to try and find the new Coca-Cola starlight.... These folks had some (the keyword is "had some" ... I may have cleared them out. Haha!) I walked in, and was surprised the Starbucks was closed. But that's okay... There were more employees here, than customers, and it was admirable how busy all of them were working, on cleaning up the area, and making sure all the shelves were stocked. I have visited two to three grocery stores a day, trying to find the new Coca-Cola starlight... These folks finally had some, and because of that, it's an easy five star. Haha They do have some T-shirts here, of Park City stuff if you want some little memorable t-shirts One thing I found funny, is how there is a section for Krispy Kreme donuts, which is about 20 feet away from where they sell their own donuts. Haha

This store is super cozy and has a wonderful atmosphere. Everything you could want they have. The prices aren't super high either. Watch out as the bakery has many tempting treats. Everything was good until I went to get a loaf of bread. Behind the loaf of bread, I spotted a really odd looking loaf I pulled it out and found a loaf of bread that is over a year old. It's absolutely rotten and turned into dust. That was really gross to find as it was touching fresh loafs. I hope this doesn't happen again as it was not a nice sight. I'd come here again but hopefully not find another bad loaf lol

Best grocery in Park City Utah. When we entered we almost mistaken it for whole Foods. The store is very organized. Better selection than most grocery and definitely whole foods. Pricing was very competitive. Produce and meats were fresh. Good beer, liquor and wine selection. Ample parking space. One thing I did not like was charging 15 cents for paper bags. Could we remove the charge?
