Edelweiss Haus — Hotel in Park City

I would HIGHLY recommend not staying here!!! We had multiple horrible experiences while staying here. Very poor unprofessional advertising, they claimed and I quote (we have screenshots of the email to confirm.) “sleeps 6, The sleeper sofa in the living room is great for bringing a couple extra” we got here with 7 in our group expecting to have a extra space to sleep LIKE THEY CLAIMED and the “sleeper sofa” wasn’t a pull out sleeper at all. One of us had to sleep in a very uncomfortable leather couch. When we brought this to their attention all they said was “oh sorry we’ll have to fix that in the email” and didn’t offer any help. Wonderful complex, unit 102. Perfect location, with free parking outside and underground. Great heated pool and hot tub. Relaxing sauna. Free bus shuttle that comes by every 10-15 min. Walk across the parking lot to the Park City Mountain ski lifts. This place is centrally located to great restaurants and bars such as No Name and Bone Yard. Call Moose Management and ask to stay in Unit 102 . In the lobby you can lock your ski up before going to your condo, just one flight down. Park City is a fabulous town to go to in the winter and summer. Golf is also spectacular. But make reservations. Every unit is independently owned so they will offer different amenities. While the location is hard to beat, there is no soundproofing between rooms as well as an inch gap under the door leading to the next room over, so you can clearly hear every minute detail of conversations happening the room over. There is no AC, the rooms are cramped, the TV didn’t work, and the amenities are antiquated. We also happened to be in the room above a garage, so we constantly heard the opening and closing of the garage door. Other locations in the area are more expensive, but well worth the cost to avoid...
