🚨 NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE WITH MR LEE • MR LEE WAS THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE: HIS TREATMENT OF ME WAS UNACCEPTABLE, DISCRIMINATORY, DEGRADING, AND HUMILIATING • HE DOES NOT LIKE BLACK WOMEN. BLACK WOMEN BEWARE OF MR LEE – HE IS DANGEROUS WHEN IT COMES TO BILLING • HE CHARGED MY CARD $9,999.00 IN ERROR AND THEN LOUDLY ANNOUNCED IN FRONT OF GUESTS THAT MY CARD HAD DECLINED • IT WAS SO EMBARRASSING AND DEGRADING THAT PEOPLE AT BREAKFAST WERE STARING One man even looked like he wanted to pay for me • After that, I avoided breakfast, even though THE KITCHEN STAFF WAS ALWAYS KIND AND THE MEALS WERE EXCELLENT
💳 BILLING ISSUES • MR LEE REPEATEDLY OVERBILLED ME, once charging $327 for a weekday when the rate was half that • HE DELETED RESERVATIONS SET UP BY OTHER STAFF, causing chaos and extra $100 nightly charges • DESPITE ME PAYING MY BILLS DAILY AND SPENDING NEARLY $4,000 IN ONE MONTH, HE TRIED TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE I WASN’T PAYING • HE EVEN INVOLVED THE OWNER AND CREATED PUBLIC SCENES • I eventually had to move because MR LEE WOULD NOT STOP HARASSING ME
💖 POSITIVE STAFF WHO HELPED ME • ROD HAD TO DO A DEEP DIVE TO FIND WHERE MR LEE CHANGED THE BILLING AND FIX THOSE ISSUES • DEVIN HAD TO EXPLAIN TO ROD WHAT WAS HAPPENING AND TOGETHER THEY RESOLVED THE ISSUE • WITHOUT ROD AND DEVIN BEING KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COMPETENT ENOUGH TO DO THEIR JOBS, I WOULD NOT HAVE MADE IT THROUGH THIS EXPERIENCE • SHAY WAS SO COMPASSIONATE SHE EVEN HUGGED ME WHEN I WAS NEARLY IN TEARS • JAMONICA WAS ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL, CORRECTING BILLING PROBLEMS WITHOUT ANY HASSLE • COLEMAN, SYLVIA, AND DIAMOND ALSO MADE SURE I FELT WELCOMED AND VALUED

BLACK WOMEN BEWARE OF MR LEE – HE IS DANGEROUS WHEN IT COMES TO BILLING • HIS BEHAVIOR WAS DISRESPECTFUL, DEGRADING, AND RECKLESS WITH BILLING • IF IT WEREN’T FOR THE KINDNESS, PROFESSIONALISM, AND COMPETENCE OF DEVIN, ROD, JAMONICA, SHAY, COLEMAN, SYLVIA, AND DIAMOND, MY EXPERIENCE WOULD HAVE BEEN UNBEARABLE • ALL OF THESE PEOPLE ARE WHAT MAKES THE TEAM LOOK PROFESSIONAL AND IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG WITH YOUR BILL YOU CAN TRUST THEM TO CORRECT IT OF YOHR CARD BEING UNLOCKED!! Talked to Dwight on the phone in the middle of my 4 children (ages 6, 3, 2,and 6 months) screaming as if they were getting chased by rabid dogs while an alarm was going off about a flash flood on my phone and my wife's phone, all while the monsoon rains were coming down on us like Noah and the ark were about to arrive. He heard the commotion and said, "Brother, just get here and we will get you a room!" As soon as I pulled in I took my youngest (6 months) in so that he would stop screaming. Dwight immediately recognized who I was when I started talking and began to calm down my youngest. He told me where everything was in the hotel and was very nice to everyone that walked in the door. If I was a millionaire, I'd write him a nice check (I'm a teacher-but I digress). The breakfast was great (yogurt, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, juice, milk, bagels, toast, eggs, bacon and sausage) and made my children go from acting like zombies who were the spawn of Satan to the right hand angels of Jesus himself. The breakfast hours from 6-10 were perfect as well. The indoor pool was really nice. My kids were able to get rid of all their energy of screaming for 8 hours in a car and transform it into swimming and jumping in the pool for an hour and a half. The pool towels are in the pool area so you don't have to bring down any towels or use any of your own. Our room size was very big compared to what we were used to and the bathroom was big enough to fit an elephant (but we were on the 4th floor so I couldn't test that theory). The beds were like sleeping on clouds made of angel wings. I felt like I was sleeping in heaven it was so nice (until my daughter and son decided their 3/4 of the bed was not enough for them and made it to where I had 1 cheek on the bed and 1 arm on the bed....yet somehow I slept well. Thank you Jesus!). In the morning, Michael was running around during breakfast making sure everything was working well and checking on things. When we checked out he played around with our kids and told jokes and stories and made my kids actually excited for our trip home (that lasted until we got in the car and they started going crazy again). He is a great guy and I would also write him a nice check as well if I wasn't so poor from all these kids draining my teacher salary money. My wife is very good with money and always finds ways to get great deals and doesn't spend a lot on hotels....but when the rain came down like the waters were rising to worldwide flood levels we had to find a hotel with an indoor pool and I am glad we chose this one.
