The picture is listed below. I did not owe this much I paid my bill daily and stayed for one month. I only owed a limited over 100.00 which I paid later on that evening one Rod fixed the issue where LEE BILL ME DOUBLE FOR ONE DAY I have attached the receipt after ROD had to research taking a deep dive to find LEES DELIBERATE MISTAKE! THANKS ROD!!😍 I don’t know without the staff working there that competent they would be sued for theft and discrimination!!!

We both are former employees (were very proud until this stay) of Marriott prior to our launch into our carriers. Our check in was wonderful and our check out was inconsequential. At check in on Friday we were asked if it would be okay to have the room cleaned every other day and we consented. This however was not done; when we came back to the room on Sunday the room had not been touched. When we went to the front desk to inquire, the response was rather dismissive, giving us an excuse that the cleaning crew had 100 rooms to clean that day and that they barely spoke English. She did give us clean towels and told us to bring the dirty towels to the front desk if we wished. Overall our room was generally clean except for spider webs on the ceiling and haphazard patches of wallpaper affixed throughout the room and bathroom, we were in room 130. The general cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to be desired, for instance the swimming pool tiles at water level were filthy, the inside door to the swimming pool had the lock missing and on Saturday afternoon the entire pool area was a mess and the towel hamper broken. The dining room area was filthy at 1 pm with leftover spillages of cereal and empty milk cartons and utensils from breakfast. Each time we passed by the housekeeping laundry room the door was ajar, something I think should not have happened. All in all we couldn't, in our right minds, justify the price of the stay with what we experienced. Additionally, I believe we were checked in and out by the same lady, a middle aged Caucasian, who I believe is the manager. At the time of check in there was a gentleman at the desk also to whom the lady pointed out as someone who would be there to help us if we needed anything. I can't help but say that even if I needed anything I wouldn't have approached him simply because of his physical attitude.

One morning, I made my way to the breakfast area, only to find that the breakfast had been taken away even though there were still guests present who were anticipating their morning meal. This left me feeling both frustrated and unsatisfied. A well-managed hotel should ensure that guests are able to enjoy the amenities that are advertised and expected during their stay. Moreover, I must address the subpar housekeeping and cleanliness standards. Throughout my stay, I couldn't help but notice the lack of attention to detail when it came to maintaining the cleanliness of the premises. The floors in common areas were notably dirty and appeared to be in need of a thorough cleaning. This not only affected the overall impression of the hotel but also raised concerns about the overall hygiene and well-being of guests.

I only owed a limited over 100.00 which I paid later on that evening one Rod fixed the issue where LEE BILL ME DOUBLE FOR ONE DAY I have attached the receipt after ROD had to research taking a deep dive to find LEES DELIBERATE MISTAKE! Talked to Dwight on the phone in the middle of my 4 children (ages 6, 3, 2,and 6 months) screaming as if they were getting chased by rabid dogs while an alarm was going off about a flash flood on my phone and my wife's phone, all while the monsoon rains were coming down on us like Noah and the ark were about to arrive. He heard the commotion and said, "Brother, just get here and we will get you a room!" As soon as I pulled in I took my youngest (6 months) in so that he would stop screaming. Dwight immediately recognized who I was when I started talking and began to calm down my youngest. He told me where everything was in the hotel and was very nice to everyone that walked in the door. If I was a millionaire, I'd write him a nice check (I'm a teacher-but I digress). The breakfast was great (yogurt, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, juice, milk, bagels, toast, eggs, bacon and sausage) and made my children go from acting like zombies who were the spawn of Satan to the right hand angels of Jesus himself. The breakfast hours from 6-10 were perfect as well. The indoor pool was really nice. My kids were able to get rid of all their energy of screaming for 8 hours in a car and transform it into swimming and jumping in the pool for an hour and a half. The pool towels are in the pool area so you don't have to bring down any towels or use any of your own. Our room size was very big compared to what we were used to and the bathroom was big enough to fit an elephant (but we were on the 4th floor so I couldn't test that theory). The beds were like sleeping on clouds made of angel wings. I felt like I was sleeping in heaven it was so nice (until my daughter and son decided their 3/4 of the bed was not enough for them and made it to where I had 1 cheek on the bed and 1 arm on the bed....yet somehow I slept well. Thank you Jesus!). In the morning, Michael was running around during breakfast making sure everything was working well and checking on things. When we checked out he played around with our kids and told jokes and stories and made my kids actually excited for our trip home (that lasted until we got in the car and they started going crazy again). He is a great guy and I would also write him a nice check as well if I wasn't so poor from all these kids draining my teacher salary money. My wife is very good with money and always finds ways to get great deals and doesn't spend a lot on hotels....but when the rain came down like the waters were rising to worldwide flood levels we had to find a hotel with an indoor pool and I am glad we chose this one. Job well done Dwight and Michael....
