Very pleased with every visit to Highland Gourmet Scones. I live out of the state and any time that I am in town I swing by for a scone pick up. I at first tried the mini's to distinguish which ones would be our favorite, but I have to be honest we like them all.
So we have upgraded to purchasing the large scones in a variety of flavors. A few have made it to being a fan favorite - Cherry Amaretto, Pumpkin Spice, Toasted Coconut, and Orange Cranberry. The regular size scones are a bit more moist, and have a stronger flavor.
We highly recommend them, and have not been disappointed with any of our orders!! The one time I returned home without scones..........we had a few sad faces. It is now what we look forward to when I am in town.

The owner was the one who served us and he raved about his wife's baking ability, and he was in the right to do so. I make a habit of sampling any scones I can get my hands on and I'll gladly tell you these were some of the best I havr ever had. We ended up wanting to try one of every flavor because the first one was so good; and when the owner found out we were from out of town he sweetly made two of them on the house! Read moreSo, I do not declare myself as as dessert person. I don’t lean in to sweets and never really have a craving for them ever. Frankly speaking, I don’t believe I had ever even had a scone before having a sample pack of yours.
My uncle got me a tin which container a couple golden raisin, the orange cranberry, hazelnut chocolate chip, and lemon blueberry…..
It was a borderline religious experience. Goosebumps on the arms good. Needless to say, you’ve set a very VERY high bar. So much so I’m hesitant to try another scone.
