Order my usual been there a million times my daughter wanted a summer drink with the Boba. They were out of it so the lady told me that she could make a drink with the Boba in it and I’d say that’s fine. I would like the grande got charged for it and everything When I got to the window, she hand me the smallest cup of just the Boba after she said that she would make my daughter a drink with the Boba in it, and say we had ran out of the summer drinks. She proceeded to argue with me saying I did not order another drink, and I told her that I did that she was the one who suggested this raspberry or strawberry Lemonade refresher to put the Boba in. I even paid for it. I even tipped her and she proceeded to try to hand me a very small cup with probably five Boba balls in it. I told them they can keep it and told them nevermind cause the lady said that she never told me that over the intercom in the drive-through which was a lie and I have a receipt to show where she charged me for the drink. This place is good sometimes but bad most of the time. But my daughter was upset will not go back to this location. Some of the employees seem rude like they do not want to be there and then there are others who are so nice…. I don’t get...
Read moreJust visited this Starbucks and the girl who says she's the manager, had a bit of an attitude and after I ordered a specific drink, proceeded to tell me that she couldn't give me what I ordered / paid for. I had to convince her to give me what I ordered and she finally said she would, but only this time. Now typically when a customer comes in and orders something and pays for it, they are supposed to get what they ordered and paid for, but in this situation she decided that she wanted to be argumentative. Not to mention there were many customers in the lobby, while she was giving me her opinion on my drink. I think she needs some training on how to treat customers, can someone at Starbucks please give her some coaching, so she understands that the customer comes first. I have been shopping at this Starbucks now for over 3 years and have never had this kind of problem. I called there after I left and spoke with her about it and not once did she apologize, only continued to try and explain to me, why she is not able to provide me with the product that I purchased when I came in. It took a long time for our drinks to be fixed, and then one was served a good deal later than the first drink (as if they forgot it). When I took my friends empty drink to show them that it was 2/3’s full of ice when we had asked for light ice, the employee said that particular drink wasn’t able to be served with light ice. I replied that the employee should have told us that when we ordered because we might would have changed our order. The employee just stared at me; no apology and no offer for a different drink. The apology would have been sufficient. I was really surprised by the way the employees handled this because Starbucks usually has such good customer service. We will not to return to this location.
