Boba Donuts — Restaurant in Phoenix

I used to frequent this donut shop when I was in the area for training, which occurs often. The last time I went, I got a maple bar and a breakfast sandwich. The breakfast sandwiches are nothing special they're just easy in the morning. The donuts are usually good, but the maple bar I got, I was halfway through it when I noticed a long black hair baked into the dough. I took photos and showed them the following morning. They said, "It just happens sometimes. It's not the first time and won't be the last." I asked if they were hair nets to mitigate this from happening, and they said no. I'll include pictures. Hopefully they are clear enough to see. I won't be spending my money here ever again. I had to argue with them just to get a replacement donut. After I tipped over 20% the previous morning. None of my coworkers will go there...

OMG!!! LOCALS!!! If you dont know already, YOU NEED TO KNOW!! Y'all have a real gem here!! We were in the area for a week as our truck was in the shop for some repairs. While ordering food from next door and saw this place and thought we'd give it a try as well!! I think we visited 4 out of the 7 days we were here!!! 🤭 The products they serve (DONUTS) are AMAZING! They tasted as fresh as they looked! I couldn't believe how lite and fluffy every one of them was! It wasn't a dense donut at all. And I loved that the icing they use wasnt extremely sweet nor was it grainy with sugar when you bit down on it. I cant rate beverages or anything else they have because we only had donuts. And they were truely THE BEST!!! Keep up the good job!! Cant wait to visit again and endulge in CHEAT DAY(s) once...

I only came to pick up this item for someone else. I asked for another to go bag, as the one handed to me was extremely gross, the staff did not want to give me another paper bag, and was rude, even asking me to leave all because I requested another paper bag for an obviously greasy bag! I was dissatisfied with their behavior and felt that there was some prejudice in their actions. They showed no concern for the customer who spent money on this stuff.
