Upon arriving at the hotel, me and my family go and retrieve our keycard to access our room. On arrival to our room which was on the other end of the hotel, we open the door to which a violent dog runs out and is growling, barking, and attempting to bit at myself and the rest of my family. This was not the only animal in that room, as far as I saw, there were at least 4 animals/pets. This is a huge safety and privacy hazard to not only us, but also the guest in that room. If the hotel staff are unaware and are just giving out the keycards to rooms, then that is a huge privacy hazard. Another issue is pets are not allowed, and throughout our trip we seen numerous pets just blatantly in the open. The rules have no apparent enforcement, and can be walked over. Upon getting our correct keycard and walking into our luxury suite. I am met with multiple unsettling odors of mildew, mold, and cat spray. I also noticed that as I walked around the carpet was sticky and in a way moist. As you walk on it your feet would. Even turning a deep black and was just disgusting to see. I do not believe the cleaners actually clean there carpets or rooms in general. The room was always oddly humid of overall had an unsettling feel to it. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable as I expected from a hotel, but the comforters and random stains that looked down right disgusting. Our hair dryer did not work and when attempted to power on would heat up and then create a fairly large spark out of it. This is a huge safety and fire hazard to anyone who may be unaware of this. Our living room had 1 couch and a recliner. The couch had a chunk of wood seemingly broke off. Our room had 2 bathrooms and one of them were completely filthy. I plan to leave a numerous amount of photos to relay our stay. Not only were once again the tiles filthy and uncleaned, but the so were all the utilities. The sinks knob was broken, making it difficult to get water, and it barely produced much water. The cups we were Provided with had a very unsettling smell and taste. It tasted and smelt of literal vomit. That is no exaggeration. Our toilet had little pieces flaking off and had a few stains in it, but the truly disgusting area was the bathtub, where it was filled with mold, mildew, and was completely disgusting. I had went in the morning to wash my hair to style it, and I notice there was a mat there, so I go to remove it and before getting even a small portion off I am witness to a disgusting site. The site was so bad that I could not even remove the mat due to the amount of filth under that sticking it to the mold. This mat was not to be seen in the other bathtub though where it was mostly clean with some stains. The owner was obviously aware of this and was negligent to clean it. Our door to our hotel had a lock on it, but the bolt was broken and no one fixed it as it was supposed to be fixed prior to allowing guests to stay, similarly to the minority of the other issues. As many of the other reviews state, they do not supply you with many, if any, towels, tissue, or soaps. And when we attempted to get more, they declined us saying they were out. We only had 2 towels for a 4 bedroom suite. Do the math, 2 towels will not serve the number of residents in the room. Another major hazard was with our light. The whole thing was dangling about to fall out (as seen in the photo.) it was filled with dust and filth. this is an extreme fire hazard, and danger to all residents in the room and the entire hotel. The customer service was also horrible, as any time we went to ask for towels or anything we were met with rude remarks. No guest should be met this way. The pool was also filthy during our stay and smelt horrible. I will be supplying pictures of all the issues I have stated (or all the ones I was able to get at the time.) Overall I was highly disappointed with this hotel. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone, go find somewhere else, cause if this was the experience for a "luxury guest, I could not imagine it for the average rooms.

Not sure where to start but I’m going to be both honest and objective... booked a stay for 4 nights. I was given an option of an upsale ... for $10 more per night for a jacuzzi room. I declined, so we received a ground-floor room. Walked in and I immediately noticed the room smelled musty, like urine, and it was humid from no air conditioner being on. We noticed that the only light on was a floor lamp right inside the door. Extremely dim in the room. No lighting or outlets beside the bed. The mirror light was a makeshift light plugged in beside the sink. The air conditioner is a window unit above the microwave. The microwave was very outdated and the plastic below the window on it was busted. There was no plug in for the coffee pot where it was sitting. The coffee pot would have to be moved to the sink area to be plugged in. It didn’t look very clean on the outside and based on the cleanliness of the floor, I chose not to use it. The flooring and bed appeared to have been updated in the past 5 or so years. The mirror was brand-new, but no one took the time to clean the tape marks. The television was strikingly small, compared to other hotels... maybe a 30”ish, which didn’t bother us too much, but might be bothersome to others. The fridge was clean, but the floor was not. I saw the same debris on the floor for days, so I knew it hadn’t been swept, much less mopped. There were only two outlets in the bedroom area and one was behind the sleeper sofa. I had to pull out the sleeper sofa to get to the outlet. They didn’t clean behind the furniture. There was an old, dirty tissue back there, along with other unidentifiable debris. Our bed was made every day, but with the same sheets. No fresh, clean sheets. We did receive plenty of towels and wash rags each day. I was relieved to see no bedbugs or roaches, but I did see ants near the sink. Seeing the bathtub for the first time made me laugh because it had “On” and “Off” and arrows written in sharpie on the wall above each spigot. The spigots would not turn completely off, and would drip or run. However, the shower provided plenty of hot water for as long as we needed it. I tested the smoke alarm which did not work, so who knows if the sprinkler system does. If one is especially cautious and needs piece of mind about staying in a disinfected or super-clean room in the times that we’re living in, then this is not the place for them. I have seen worse, but I believe they should raise their standards of cleanliness. It makes a guest feel as if the hotel is only doing the bare minimum to make a buck and doesn’t care about the guest at all. I think they should be going the extra mile for the guest AND in joining the fight against COVID-19. I would not stay here again. We left early. Maybe I’ve seen too many episodes of Hotel Impossible...

I wish I could do a review without a star!! Awful experience!! My husband, myself and my son arrived on a Friday night. We paid for a jacuzzi room online for two nights. Where do I start.... When we entered the room I was very leary and discussed with my husband about finding another place to stay. Our son wanted to swim so we decided to stay. There was dust and dead bugs like the room hadn't been used in awhile. We cleaned up a bit and unpacked. Went to the pool and tried to make the best of it. Swam for a bit because it was dark and getting cold. On our way back to the room another guest and her dog were coming down the outside stairs. The dog relieved itself on the landing where everyone had to walk to get to their room! Not cool! We got into the jacuzzi for a bit and decided to call it a night. The bed did not have a comforter just a sheet and thin cover. My husband did find a comforter stuffed in a drawer. Woke up the next morning walked to Krispy Kreme for breakfast because the complimentary breakfast up front consisted of stale cereal and warm milk. When I arrived back to the room my husband pulled the blanket back on the bed for me and there was the biggest bed bug I had ever seen!! I grabbed a paper towel picked up the bug and handed it to him. He squished it and opened the papertowel to find the bug full of blood 😠 we took a picture and called the desk. The woman arrived was very nice and said she would call the manager. We immediately packed our things and headed to the front office for some answers. She said we would be refunded for the night we weren't staying! Umm NO!! She was by herself and very busy so we left. Called our bank and filed a non fraud complaint! From there the bank handled everything. My bank refunded our money but the manager never called me or my husband regarding our experience with his establishment. This place basically refused to give us a refund so our bank stepped in.

Zero stars... Done 2 review already but ot seems they were deleted off. I'm a mother of two and I decided that my kids and I would take a Mini Vacation. HUGE mistake booking here. I honestly don't even know where to begin. The pictures they post online for you to look at are evidently older pictures because the room my kids and I stayed in was awful. Its nothing like the website. The smell was awful, I had my daughter to spray my perfume around in the room and on the beds and 2 chairs, ot helped mask the smell some but it was awful. I pulled the sheets off of both beds to check for bedbugs and thankfully I didn't see anything. The laminate flooring was awful had big gaps in it and in front of the door you could tell where water had came under the door because it was swelled up some and breaking apart. There was a door in the middle of the wall of the room that had a chain on it, so I opened it up to see where it went and there was another door behind it that evidently went to the room beside us because you could see light under the door and see the shadows of people moving around in the other room. There was 2 stains on the floor beside the bathtub and the water sprinklers for the fire alarm had quite a bit of rust on it. There was cobwebs on the ceiling throughout the room that you could tell they had been there for awhile. The ceiling above the bathtub/shower looked like it was getting ready to fall in. The piece of plywood or whatever it was under the sink covering the water lines had fell off when I moved the trash can so we could throw our trash away. I ended up putting one of the chairs in front of the door and put our luggage in front of the door in the middle of the room while we slept. The hand towels that was in our room was either stained or they hadn't been washed you couldn't tell, so therefore I wouldn't let my kids nor myself use them, we used paper towels. There was a man who was sitting outside 2 rooms up from us and he creeped me out, believed he worked there, every time I'd go outside there he was and he'd sit and stare at me and my kids which made me VERY uncomfortable. Then on the 2nd floor was a man that was passed out in a rocking chair either on alcohol or drugs and considering what I found in the parking lot, I found a baggie of METH in the parking lot makes you wonder. I booked the room online and paid a few for bringing my dog which is a Yorkie, a very small dog. Upon checking in I was charged again for bringing my dog. I had already paid the fee for him and was charged again. They have a pool and it was green and I was told that they were working on it and it should be opened shortly for use, needless to say it was not opened during the stay. I think this place needs to be and should be shut down or owned and operated by someone completely different, but it would have to redone inside and outside. I took pictures of it when we 1st got there and before we checked out. Tried to upload the pictures but it will not do it. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN even if it was offered for...

Maybe I’ve seen too many episodes of Hotel...
