The Paper Store — Local services in Plymouth

Customer service is awful in this store. We got a call yesterday, Christmas Eve Eve, at 3:24pm saying our package had been delivered and we could come pick it up. We got there less than an hour later at 4:15pm and they suddenly couldn't find the package and said they didn't believe us that someone had called. Seriously?? Why would I waste my time driving there the day before Christmas Eve for nothing? We were there 30 minutes before it was found, this was after being told they didn't have it. So today, we open the box to wrap the items and one of the two things was in the box but the set of two ordered was not. So I call the store. They only just found it this morning. Ok, but no one notified me that a second box had been found until I called to ask where my other items were? After talking with a second manager, I'm told, "We never do this! We have never taken packages for Hallmark before because it's an inconvenience." Well, so is having to drive to the Paper Store on Christmas Eve when I am a store manager myself and I have to be in my own store in an hour to close. "Can't you have someone else get it?" On Christmas Eve? As a store manager who goes out of her way for her customers, I would have figured out a way to get this to my customer. Instead, my daughter will be one present short tomorrow and I will never waste a single penny in this store again. It's great being called an inconvenience by the way. I stopped in for the first time last Friday to pick up something for a gift exchange. I had never been into The Paper Store before and was blown away by the variety and selection, as well as the customer service. This location is truly top notch.

The team here, specifically a younger gal with long dark hair was incredibly warm and welcoming. I had told her it was my first time here and she even made some suggestions on things to purchase for the gift exchange. I was going to., she told me about items that were on sale and even some specialty items only they carry. The checkout staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful with coupons and took meticulous care, making sure that my fragile items were taking care of.

This is one of my favorite stores...I went today and discovered alot of things in there that I never knew that they had...i always thought it was just a paper store of different paper item by the name of the store. BOY WAS I FOOLED BY THE NAME LOL AND I SURE AM SO GLAD WHAT IVE BEEN FINDING IN THERE. .😁❤👍 I bought my self 2 pairs of Some new kind of sneakers I've discovered in this store There called Blowfish by Malibu and I'm absolutely in Love with them thanks to my new discovery of the PAPER STORE....👍❤❤❤❤. PS.i have bought more things there also ...I also love the beaded necklaces and bracelets with the real gemstones, awesome and beautifully made.
