Easily the worst customer service experience I have ever received. I myself am not good with technology so I went in today to ask some questions before moving forward with any purchase. First off you cant even find the entrance. I walked around to where the sign said to, yet this was the back door? Even though the T-Mobile sign was there. Once entering and apologizing for not knowing where to go a man stared at me in disgust and said “are you here for t mobile??” I said yes he said “ya okay”. I was the helped by another man who just raddled off answers, while tying his shoe and not even acknowledging my concerns and need of help. I then had to follow up on my questions because I couldn’t follow what he was saying. He didn’t pull up my account and actually help me other than just telling me to pay $1,100 for the newest iPhone which I didn’t need nor want. I left out of frustration and then went to the wareham T-Mobile in the wareham crossing probably only a 25 ish minute drive and I was actually heading there anyways. I walked in, was greeted and was throughly helped by Eli. Which then 10 minutes later after all of my questions were answered and he didn’t try to get me to buy something I didn’t want, I walked away with a new iPhone 13, along with getting $400 off.
Thank you to the wareham crew and it was certainly known of how this Plymouth store opporates.. I will never give my business to poor customer service.

Read moreI have been with Sprint (and used this store) for about a year now. I have never had even as so much as a 2-star experience. From the day I got my phone plan with 2 phones everything has been nothing but a hassle. I should have just walked out of the store and never looked at Sprint again after waiting 4 hours to complete my switch from another carrier. Then my contract payoff came in 3 payments that I had to call India about for each segment and still to this day is about $100 short that I had to eat. All of my information in their system is still incorrect after I have corrected them at least 10 times. Fast forward over the entire sub-standard year to today. My wife took our phones in the store to upgrade using our upgrade plan. The girl tells my wife that we aren't on that plan even though we had signed up for it in this same store a year ago. She tells my wife there is nothing she can do because the manager quit yesterday. My wife has to stand there and make the girl give the cases back because she didn't want to and argued about giving them back. If I were the manager, I would quit running this terrible store too. Read moreI went in to to upgrade n then add a line so i can give my son my old phone. They were running a promo for the virtual glasses. U upgrade u get them for free. So my son is getting his first phone and the glasses. The kid says they r outa stock but i can hwve two free tablets instead. I like free. So when it was all done i asked how much is my bill going to b he says $167. I sign the paperwork n walk out the door the biggest sucker ever. The last two months my bill was $300. Well free wasnt free. $20 a month for the free tablets each plus insurance $13 for each. Plus all the hidden fees. So free cost my $66 a month. So if u do the math. My bill was $100 a month for just me. Now all i wanted to do was add a line n it cost $144 for an additional line plus the tablets i dont use. Shouldnt it b less. Been in twice but cant talk to anyone cause its so busy. N on top of all of this the a@#hole transfered everything but my contacts. Called him back n he said thats on me. Well i have been sitting here for 2 hours n u transfer my pics my apps but not the phone numbers in my phone....
