You have a lot of work to do. I have been going to Sweet Frog for years (locations in Virginia when I lived there). I walk into your newly opened shop and the first thing I noticed was how filthy it was. There was toilet paper on the ground. The floor was all sticky and gross. Only four of the machines were working and the frozen yogurt came out icy and strange. The machines were blinking and had sticky notes saying not working. The toppings were a mess. The kind I came to get was broken i asked if the man could help me. He said it takes a cpl mins. I sat there for like 15 mins waiting the thing thing wasn't even spinning so I left with what looked like juice. He also was so extremely rude. My grand daughter wanted a cake pop. I said okay walked back grabbed it an said hello I'd like to purchase this. I stood there another 5 to 7 mins. An he just never came back out to the desk. The young girl at the cash register was not very welcoming, first me and my companion walked in and greeted her with a warm “ Hi, how are you .” There was no answer from her. Most likely because her face was nestled into her phone. We walked to get are yogurt and went to pay and she seemed to be the most snarky, uptight, unhappy person. Not a smile how are you today in sight. I am not one to complain about poor customer service but this one takes the cake. Hopefully whatever she has going on gets resolved.
