LOFT — Local services in Plymouth

The staff that was on today was absolutely horrible aside from one young lady. I was with my sister shopping and trying on clothes, and my sister had left the store to find a bathroom. My sister came back in 6 minutes. While my sister was gone and then coming back, two staff members were on our heals, giving us rude looks, and harassing us the rest of the time we were shopping. I was repeatedly being asked, “Can I hold those for you? What’s going on?” One lady was outside of my dressing room asking if I was “buying or taking” the clothes I was trying on. We were being treated like thieves. I was completely horrified that I was being treated this way in my favorite store. Despite how uncomfortable I was, I still made $180 purchase, which is about an average amount I spend there every time I come in.
