The delivery speed was excellent and exceeded my expectations, and overall the two gentleman that delivered it were not rude in any way. However it was very evident they were in a hurry to get to there next appointment and they had little knowledge of various installation techniques required to install appliances. They also required my wife to read them the manual for installation which was flag #1.
There was a a series of small issues but the one that I will first address about is the dishwasher installation. To summarize it in a few words it was a debacle. The two installers had no idea how to connect the power so we had to call a local electrician. Luckily we were able to get a guy uber quickly because your delivery people were threading to leave with our completing the install of the dishwasher. due to being overbooked for other deliveries.
They immediately left after the dishwasher was installed and assured my wife the dishwasher had been tested. When we packed or first load mid way through the cycle my new cabinets started to pour water onto my new floors. Luckily she was near by and turned off the washer before extreme damage was done. After examination it was clear the two installed the drain line improperly and left out a major component. Also the threaded nut had been removed from the drain and the gasket was not replaced also creating a leak. Shotty craftsmanship to say the least after paying for "professional installation service."
The gas range will require a plumber to come by and is currently not usable currently due to the elements not be adjusted properly. Along with the refrigerator having a horrible vibration from not being leveled when set. Also the refrigerator has a dime size dent in the pull out drawer along with two French doors that are over 3/4" offset from one another.
In the end I have had to spend 2-4 hours of my time to fix the issues I can and, I will be well over 300.00 out of pocket by the time the plumber comes + the electrician + the 15.00 of replacement parts for dishwasher drain hose. After spending close to 10k on two orders which included “white glove service” and paying for “processional installation” I am a bit disappointed with my first experience using appliance connection.
I filed a complaint and was met with a rude manager who shifted blame to me and claimed that an installation does not include power hook up or drain hook up and this was somehow my fault. They did refund me the fee for the installation but have not interest in the time and money I spent fixing their crummy install job. I was told to get a lawyer by the manager if I wanted further rectification, this was after calling 9 times and being bounced around from person to person having to tell each one on length the story only for them each to say that cant help with this aspect.

Read moreMy fiance and I ordered a sectional from this place of business. After we paid for the sectional in full, we were told it would take 7-10 business days for our product to arrive. After 20 days, still no product, and no communication from Appliances Connection end, we decided to call and find out what is going on. Appliances Connection informed us that the manufacturer has not shipped the item yet and we were then given a new ETA. 2 weeks go by, again, nothing. So we reached out again and they gave us the same excuse and pushed the date back once again. Another few weeks go by....same thing. This happened one more time and the date was moved to September 30th 2021. Today is the 29th so I called just to make sure everything was all set to arrive tomorrow. Guess what Appliances Connection informed me? Yup, that's right, same excuse and an ETA push back to supposedly 4-6 weeks now and blamed it on the manufacturer. I asked if they communicate with the manufacturer at all and their response was, "yes sir, of course we are!" Well how come the date keeps changing? They never communicated with me, the customer, that the date was pushed back; I always had to call them to find out what was going on. So if they're not communicating with the customer, I highly doubt they are communicating with their manufacturer.
So I guess order from here if you have a wait time of who knows!? 5 months? 8...

The freight company text me on 11/9/21 that they would be delivering on 11/11/21 in the morning as expected 48 hr notice. On 11/10/21 at 6:05 am the driver called to say they were on the way, said they changed the delivery date and I had no option even though it was not the expected notice. I had to get out of work and rush home to get the old refrigerator cleaned out and meet the driver. Next thing was I purchased old appliance removal and door removal for the new refrigerator because I knew it wouldn’t fit through my door with the doors on. The driver tried to tell me I didn’t purchase that option even though it was actually printed on his documents. They actually said they didn’t know how to remove the doors and if I did purchase that option they would have sent a different crew. So I ended up removing and reinstalling the doors myself so they could bring it in the house. Also I already had the old refrigerator outside ready to load on the truck so they didn’t have to lug it out of the house.
