The cashier named Nasira was unprofessional. First of all, about a pack of reading glasses that I wanted to purchase, she wrote on the price tag,” As is”and questioned the clearance prices that their store put on a pair of shoes in which I purchased, as if “someone “ changed the label on the shoe. I brought up all the same shoe, different sizes that showed that the shoe was on clearance. That one pair Nasira said was one number off so someone must have changed the label. Again my question is,”who is that someone “? All the shoes of that exact same brand, style, color was on clearance for $20. Nasir was persistent in saying someone changed the label, she called for an associate to go check for all the shoes. Then I asked for a manager,key manager-“ Britteny “ came over and Nasira was rude and was over talking Britteny. I still purchased the shoe I stood at the register for well over 10 minutes, if you and review the camera footage you will see. I am an African American woman and feel that I was racially profiled because at the same time while waiting a Caucasian woman came to the register with no receipt on a Christmas item to return and she stated that he son purchased it so she didn’t have the receipt, that woman was given a full store credit for a Christmas items on January 7, 2023. And if they would have went to the back of the store , ALL CHRISTMAS ITEMS ARE ON CLEARANCE. This location has beauty product locked away in glass display . I asked the employee could She open it for me and she told me there was a button on the side to call for assistance. I said thank you and pressed the button . No one came , she never checked on me . Instead she complained about how she is trying to have customers press the button and utilize it more often . My problem is she was complaining to another coworker and that coworker never came over to assist me neither . So instead of doing her job she lost money and a customer .
