It seems like the only time I crave breakfast from Chic-Fil-A is on, of course, a Sunday. BUT once in a blue moon, I long for a Chicken Biscuit sandwich and actually get to the restaurant before 10:30A. To my regret and craving disappointment, this location missed the mark. My chicken was cold, and about the size of 2 small nuggets - I kid you not! On top of that, the biscuit was hard as a rock and I ended up tossing it. I reached out to their customer service and they didn’t even so much offer to replace my sandwich!
Now I’ve lived all over the south and my husband and I have enjoyed this chain time and time again. But we live out on the island now and this is the closest location to us. They usually miss the mark and we usually overlook it because OVERALL, we admire the brand and enjoy the food.
Now you may be wondering - why is this woman whining about a darn chicken sandwich. Because I paid for it, and wanted it, and expect restaurants to deliver on their service guarantee. Chic-Fil-A sets the precedent for fast food chains all over, simply because their employees are educated on being kinder and providing the best service possible. Read moreWent there yesterday to let them know I had food allergies and they put pickles on my sandwich that my 15 year old daughter got for me the night before it was a manager name, Angel young girl. She had a look on her face like she really wasn’t trying to help me and replace what they messed up. she was asking me 10 different questions rather than saying sorry but towards the end she gave me a sandwich which she gave me a wrong sandwich again so I ended up talking to another lady and she was very kind very helpful, very sympathetic, but she was not the store manager, people like her should be the store manager this manager name Angel should not be dealing with a Public. She’s young with a bad attitude I rather give a customer $12 sandwich rather than get sued for millions over food allergies. Sometimes people don’t think the smart ever they rather argue with somebody and give them a hard time. I feel like she was racist and thought that I was making something up. I have had horrible experiences the last three times I've been to the St. Pete Beach location... it seems as if the quality of employees has diminished. It used to be my favorite spot, so clean and friendly. Boy, has this changed! I simply don't understand how this store could have gone downhill like this? Has there been a change of management?
