Actually a SUB ZERO Rating! PLEASE do NOT patronize this store. This is Not a corporate store. My husband purchased a car charger for his iPhone. It clearly was defective as we tried it in multiple vehicles. Approximately 4-5 days after the purchase he returned to the store, with a receipt, to exchange it. The manager told him he needed the original box in order to make the exchange. My husband insisted he just wanted to exchange and not return to no avail, and was asked to leave the store. He came home, told me the story, and said the manager was an arrogant jerk. I decided to take the charger and see for myself. I found the manager sitting outside talking on his phone. He was Not welcoming, told me the same thing and asked me to leave as well. Butā¦ā¦ā¦Before he asked ME to leave as well, he said that our CRV, which is seven years old, was the problem, not the charger. Yetā¦. When I asked him to try the charger himself somewhere to see itās not working, he flat out refused. Why was he even looking at the car Iām driving? He told me his name was James. I donāt believe that, along with everything else he said. I have NEVER in my life been treated with such DISRESPECT and RUDENESS!!! We were not asking for anything more than an exchange. He let me know that the store was Not a corporate store, so calling Verizon would do any good, and let me know he could do what ever he wants.We did use this store when Jay was there. He was a Very knowledgeable and kind person. I asked if Jay still works there and the current manager told me no. I told him how wonderful Jay was and he said Jay was one of reasons the store was doing poorly. As you can see, the manager, who said his name is James, is a real Jerk! I am SO UPSET from this Awful experience. I hope the old sayingā¦. What goes around comes aroundā¦..holds true with this manager. My husband and I are in our 70s and have NEVER been treated like this in our lives!!! Please share...

Fortunately, I found Chris and Ebony at the Verizon store in Dolphin Village, and they quickly got everything back in working order. Chris was extremely helpful/patient with me as technology and I are not the best of friends. But he got me up and running with a new Samsung S24+ complete with all my "stuff" seamlessly ported over from my old dead phone to the new S24+. After playing around with my new S24+ the rest of the day, I had a few (very few) questions that Enony and Chris successfully took care of the next day.
I hear the same commercials that everyone hears from Verizon's competitors. All these adds usually say is that they can save you money if you switch. I'm not so sure of that claim, but I am sure that none of them offer the same quality and speed of customer service as Verizon offers. The level of Verizon customer service is absolutely priceless. And that's not to mention the high quality of security that one gets from Verizon.
People like Chris and Ebony are why we have been long-time Verizon customers and will continue to be...
