I went thru the Salisbury MD drive thru around 12:15 pm. It wasn't too busy for the lunch hour but I waited in line a bit for someone to take my order, there were 2 lines and 3 out le employees were standing around having a conversation. The person in front of me needed to see the menu so it was taking a little time. A young lady finally came up and asked if any I've had taken my order, not sure if she was from the group of chatters or not but I appreciated. I asked for an 8 piece nuggets entree only and a large diet Coke with light ice. The people in front were still not finished with their order..I think they had a car load of little ones. When it came time for me to drive up to the next employee to verify my order, it was wrong, She had entered a meal. She told me to drive up to the window and explain this to them. I had to wait a bit for the family in front to get their order..3 kiddie meals bags and 2 other bags and to explain the situation. After explaining the situation to the 3rd employee she said she would issue me a refund and then charge me.. After she did that she handed me my bag and my light ice diet Coke. When I pulled away I looked, the cup was filled to the top with ice!!!so much for light ice and their pleasure...I didn't think anyone said that today either. Id say that visit was a strike out. Employees outside chatting and not helping customers, wrong order entered and a cup full of ice when I...
Read moreIf we're talking pure food, then it would be a plain 5 stars, their food is pretty good for fat food, their employees usually make my day whenever we actually go there instead of chipotle, and they have a choice between what cheese you want to have... however, like most things, Chick-fil-a is negatively affected by politics. They support anti-LGBTQ practices purely because they are a Christian business. I have nothing against religion, it's just a shame to get ok fast food around here, you'd have to support a business that believes in such things that are painfully wrong (talking about anti-LGBTQ practices) If you care about such things to the point where you wouldnt support their business, then more than likely you either aren't reading this review right now or you didn't know. And if you didn't know, chipotle is a good alternative and they're good. And no, I haven't seen any discrimination, if I had, this review would be 2 or 1 star because discrimination is disgusting and inexcusable. If it wasn't for their incorrect belief as a business, I would give this place five stars, it is genuinely good fat food, at least for around here. And of course, if you have time and money on your hands, I'd advise you to eat out. Most places are doing neccessary measures during COVID-19, and the food is...
Read moreOrdered curb side pick up pre arrival on the app to avoid the line due to 2 hungry children 2 and 3 years old. The order was placed 10 min before arrival. Parking spot number was entered immediately upon arrival. After literally 30 minutes, 25 of which was screaming children and watching multiple walk ins leave with their food, my wife had to walk in with one child in arm while I tried to calm the other. The whip cream on the milkshake, which once touched the plastic lid, looked to no longer even be there due to the time it sat. The food could bareally pass as warm and to top it off it seemed as they expected my wife with a clearly upset child in one arm to carry out all of the food and drinks( they did end up helping her bring it to the vehicle). The negligence and continued decline in service at what was once what I would have described as a finely tuned machine in regards to service and quality is depressing. At this point, I would sooner go out of the way to the Salisbury location for my order. It would be faster and more pleasant of...
