Absolutely horrible HORRIBLE service. I purchased a permanent hand chain from them after 2 months I woke up and it was broken off my wrist. I saved the pieces I could find and I took it to this place which is the same place I originally had gotten it from. I came in and I was first told that they charge for repairs because it’s normal wear and tear, not very permanent for permanent jewelry. Then I asked if I could at least get a partial refund and just get charged for the bracelet part instead of the ring and chain connecting the bracelet I was told they don’t do refunds I asked her to ask her boss and the boss was ZERO help and was rude as well she said I had to be careful with this hand chain since it’s dainty and I repeated to the associate that I was SLEEPING when it broke. The manager then logs into their camera that they have set right above the desk in the kiosk and calls for the associate and starts telling her things while I’m still standing there and I can hear it all. She had a full on conversation just out in the open over the ring camera or whatever that camera they used was called. I asked if they could replace the entire piece with a thicker material and I was willing to pay the extra thinking it would be 50 dollars at most but no.. they were going to charge me another 150 on top of what I had originally paid for which was 140, keep in mind that the material isn’t even real gold. It’s gold plated and the thinnest kind but they charged me 140 and when I came back asking for some type of solution when it broke I was told it would cost me 150 but the associate said she can give me 15 dollars off. The whole situation was probably the worse interaction I’ve ever had with a manager and she never even SPOKE to me. She made the poor associate talk to me knowing I was upset and she was clearly refusing to do anything to help the situation and had her associate relay her message to me. DO NOT spend your money at this place. I wish I could’ve done zero stars but in order for me to write about my experience I unfortunately had to give them one star which they don’t even deserve. This is the worst place to get jewelry from. Please look up other places and go there instead. Bobbie Marie’s has a trash policy and they clearly do not care about customer service or returning customers at that. Save yourselves the time and money. I truly wish I could have just given them back their material and get a refund but they kept repeating they do not do refunds. So do research on other places and go there instead of here. A customer was waiting to get permanent jewelry while I was dealing with all that and she had asked if it broke on me and I said yes it did, while I was sleeping and the customer looked shocked and ended up leaving. They truly don’t care about customers and they made that evidently clear. They don’t understand how good customer service can bring them revenue and profit. Read moreI have had a wonderful experience with Bobbie Marie. I purchased a turquoise ring at her kiosk in the mall in Portland. I was visiting my daughter and I live in Iowa. The ring band broke on one side. I held on to it until my next trip to Portland to visit my daughter and stopped at the kiosk to get a business card so I could connect with Bobbie to discuss if she could repair it. I mailed it to her and just received it back today. I am so pleased with her repair and how I was treated by her and her associates. The ring is even better now.
