Mercedes Benz Scottsdale and specifically Tino Ferrulli deserve more stars than offered!!! I just custom built a 2025 GLE 450 with Tino, after being referred to him by a friend. To say Tino is the BEST is an understatement. Not only is he one of the most competent, friendly, informed, relaxed and joyful luxury customer service persons one could ever hope to experience working with, he is an exemplary human being. Be sure to ask him how he spends his weekends and spare time. And be glad he has tissues on his desk. I have been in luxury service and sales for decades and I love the car buying process. I value human connections and experiences and I know amazing service. It's special when it exceeds every expectation. One should get to enjoy and celebrate such a big and beautiful purchase. And working with Tino set every other positive and fun car buying experience I have ever had back a significant notch. It was that exceptional; that flawless. The build and final price negotiation were easy, smooth blips of efficiency in a deeper, joyful start to a beautiful relationship. Ownership and management clearly value and empower their amazing team. This is very important to me. (Please feel free to search and refer to another review I wrote about a competitor who doesn't seem to empower and value team members). But this review is all about when a business and its people take service to the very top level. My experience was what everyone hopes buying any vehicle could and should be, when you find the very best people. Shawnee Fields deserves a shout out for being awesome as well. I can't wait to spend more time with her to review and learn about my vehicle upon delivery. Yes people. Mercedes Benz makes some of the most beautiful vehicles in existence. And yes, Mercedes Benz Scottsdale is absolutely where you want to buy it. And Tino is the most wonderful person to work with. I'm overwhelmed by my amazing experience, thrilled with my final price and I started with a high bar or expectation because I value service and don't spend this kind of money lightly. It was truly a flawless and exceptional experience from phone call to purchase. I have no doubt my ongoing relationship with MB Scottsdale will be wonderful.
Jonathan Musil, Mercedes of Scottsdale assisted with me obtaining this amazing EQS 580. His professionalism and friendliness were the selling points. He saved me approximately thousands by encouraging me to come to him and he would beat anyoneâs deal. I was literally walking to the finance office at Mercedes of Surprise to sign documents for a Mercedes ESQ 580 when he called and told me he had the exact car I was looking for in a certain color and it had more options for less. I was like yeah right Jonathan is pulling my leg. Fortunately, I listed to my gut feelings (and him) and sure enough what he said he kept his word and actually took care of me as a veteran who served this great nation.
With that said, my experience was amazing from Jonathan to other staff members who made me feel at home of course to get a sale which should be part of the protocol. Lol
I highly advise anyone attempting to buy a Mercedes to give Jonathan Musil a shot to make you a deal. Literally, Iâm telling you, he saved me thousands as at the other dealership they had me paying more for a lesser equipped EQS 580.

Update: March 25, 2024. Iâm back again with more praises to Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale and mainly Jonathan Musil sales representative. Once again I was in the market for a car replacement and once again Jonathan made it happen. No one in the valley that I know of can compete with Jonathan and thatâs a fact not speculation. He will beat anyoneâs deal as he has done it for me not once but twice and the deals saved me thousands.
I will most likely be seeing Jonathan in the near future for all my car purchases as not only did he beat other Mercedes dealerships, no other off brand dealerships couldnât touch his deals including BMW which was almost doubled the price for an I4 (yeah, a low level i4).
To other customers you donât have to believe me just go see Jonathan and tell him Ricky sent you and Iâm extremely optimistic he will beat any equal deal in town for the exact same car.
Even if you donât buy it still will have been worth your time to meet such an aggressive salesperson who not only works for the dealership, he will work hard for you to get you the best deal possible!

   Read moreI bought a car here late last year. It was an out of state purchase, which perhaps makes my review not applicable to those shopping in person. Overall, I got a great car at a fair price, and Iâm happy with the transaction. There were a few problems along the way, though. My salesman Tino was initially greatâquick responses with photos. For a cold call from out of state, I appreciated that he took me seriously as a real buyer. Along the way though, his arrogance became a problem. He is sure he is right about everything, and has a bad habit of diminishing a customer when he thinks theyâre wrong. In my case, I happen to be a MB enthusiast (own four), and knew my facts particularly when it comes to Mercedes EQ models, and he was 0 for 3 in correcting me (hint, if youâre going to be a jerk, at least make sure youâre right). One of his âcorrectionsâ was regarding sales tax paid in my home state. I sent him detailed information from my state dmv regarding the vehicle tax rate. He ignored this, and Googled âtax in x stateâ and declared the vehicle tax to be the retail tax rate (which is different and substantially more than the vehicle tax rate in my state). When I got the paperwork, the tax rate was wrong, and it took me almost a year and many emails and phone calls to recoup my overage. The paperwork also came with numerous surprise add ons, which I requested not happen, and was told itâs a family dealership and they donât do stuff like that. This delayed the deal for a couple weeks, and was a needless problem. Near the end of the deal I thought perhaps I should get an inspectionâbetter safe than sorry. Tino texted me and said âyou do realize this is a Mercedes with 3200 miles, right?â Nice. Well, the vehicle arrived damaged. It was likely from transport, and it all was taken care of by the shipper/dealer in the end, but who knows if this would have been caught ahead of time. Even two year old cars with 3200 miles can be damaged. I thankfully did not have to deal with Tino again after that text. The other staff such as assistants, and title staff were helpful, friendly, and excellent. At the end of the day, Tino could have locked me in as a customer. I buy a lot of cars, and was looking for a new MB home. Maybe a different salesperson would work, because again, overall it is a great car and a dealership with good...
