My parents are here visiting from out of town and I took them here for dinner tonight. We received our food and we’re missing a milkshake. My dad went up to let them know and get the missing shake. Meanwhile I decided to get another burger. I went up to the counter to see if my dad needed help (he’s legally blind). I asked my dad what had happened and he’d simply told the guy we were missing a shake. I just repeated to him we ordered 3 shakes but received 2. The guy helping my dad abruptly walked back and said it wasn’t on the order and proceeded to print out a receipt to prove to us we hadn’t paid for it. This caught us extremely off guard. We hadn’t argued that we hadn’t ever paid for it- we simply had said we were missing it. I didn’t even look at the receipt he printed out. He says you’ll have to go pay for it which I said of course... So I walk over and order the missing shake and the other burger. Ironically the cashier remembered us and our order and state that we had ordered 3 shakes. So she admitted she had messed up. Here is where my review gets better. When I went to get the missing shake and burger- there was a girl explaining to the same guy she ordered 3 of something but they only got 2- the exact situation. He walks back and then just says “yeah there was only two but we’ll just give you one.” When he comes back to me I said you do realize this is exactly what happened to me and my dad and you just handled that completely differently. He says it was your attitude, gives me a dirty look and walked off. The irony is my dad and I were in no way upset or angry. We simply were just trying to rectify the situation and get our milkshake. I wish I had grabbed his name. He had the absolute worst attitude I have ever seen in an employee. He treated me with the most disrespect I have ever seen in a business. I have worked in retail for 20 years, including managing a store. Had I been the manager and seen him speak to a customer the way he did to me and my dad I would have fired him on the spot. I understand it may be hard to find workers right now. But what’s worse- having one less set of hands or having an employee that’s talks to your...

Honestly, the sauce they put on it was GREAT, but, I didn’t realize it was going to be fried, I should of asked more questions before assuming. There was a gentlemen sitting by, who also helped clean off the table for us before sitting. He was in regular clothing, but I’m going to assume by his attentiveness and actions, that he was either the owner or definitely somebody up top. He was very nice to all of us, customer service from him was both natural and sincere. He noticed after we got out order that I was hesitant about my sandwich and asked if everything was ok. My husband stepped in and explained my issue. He didn’t hesitate to ask if I would prefer something else...to which I replied yes! I Totally enjoyed me a delicious cheeseburger instead =) and Because it’s quality beef, I didn’t feel guilty or feel crappy after eating. Kiddos enjoyed a burger as well. They are particular about what they eat, they don’t just eat any ole’ burger. so when we find a good one they love, it’s always a bonus for us. Oh and the strawberry lemonade was awesome. Only took a few sips because I was trying not to go overboard, but to end this review- you know it’s good when you hear a bunch of “mmmm”s and “ahhhhh”s from the whole fam Lol
Thanks again to the very nice man who helped make our experience there an even better one than expected! Food quality is on point, hope to be back again one...
Read moreThis was on my Burger Bucket List. Read the hype on this place and finally got a chance to check it out.
When I got there, I looked at the menu but didn’t really care since I always order the same thing, Bacon Cheeseburger with everything plus grilled onions and avocado.
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger please with everything add grilled onions… “We don’t do grilled onions”. Ok, well, add avocado, “We don’t have avocados”. He gave me that look like people ask for it all the time and he was tired of repeating himself. Nice first impression Shake Shack counter dude. Man not used to being limited here but fine with fries and a small drink.
They gave me a cool small buzzer that said "Oh Snap!" then it buzzed and got my tray.
It looked really small and thought I had ordered a kid’s meal but nope that was it. The burger was the size of a glazed donut from Food City. There was a small 1 inch piece of Romaine Lettuce. I looked across the Shake Shack and saw Thirsty Lion. I bet they would have a more spectacular burger than this. Disappointingly i eat it.
Burger bun – soft Burger patty – medium with a little raw, I should have mentioned to have it well done. Lettuce – it was a joke Pickles and onions – meh Fries – crinkle fries and I really don’t care for these but it was the best food at Shake Shack Drink – Coke, meh
This really bummed me out for the rest of the day, like I was cheated, dupped or suckered in. I am glad I went there and tried it out knowing that I will NEVER EVER go there again.
Scratch this off my Burger...
