Dry Dock Motel — Hotel in Seaside Heights

We got to the motel and they were not even sure if the room was cleaned. We booked a few days prior. Once they got conformation that the room was clean, we finished paying and unpacked our things from the car. We got a room on the second floor, which was okay because it was a balcony room. Once we opened the door there was food and crumbs all over the floor, the drawers were gross so we never unpacked out suitcases, and the microwave had dried food in the inside of the door. The fridge had either rust or brown paint all over the top. After less than 5 hours there I went to the front desk and demanded a broom so we could clean the place ourselves. We then tried hooking WiFi up and it wouldn't work on our Nintendo Wii. After multiple attempts we stopped trying. I figured it would be okay, and we would be able to find something for our 20 month old to watch on tv. NOPE not one kid friendly channel. So our daughter was bored anytime we were in the room. We stayed from Friday until Sunday and not nice did the staff clean our room or give us clean towels or wash cloths. Our toilet seat was broken and laying next to the toilet in the bathroom. The neighbors were screaming and being very obnoxious at 3 in the morning and they had an infant which is okay, but they couldn't figure out why the baby was screaming and crying at 3am. There door was connected to our room so I had to take the blanket off the one bed and stuff it under the door so it would mute some of the noise so our daughter could sleep. They just seen like they want their money, and that's it. Then Saturday night a person upstairs had the door kicked in by police at 11:30 pm. Don't stay here unless your on heroin and picking up hookers! If you want a nice family vacation stay far far away I am very upset because I paid $367.00 for the 2 night's and we ended up spending 2 days in Atlantic city instead. I wonder if I'll even get my $100 room deposit back..... not...

The pictures of the beach houses are NOT ACCURATE and make the places look decent. ||||The only good thing about the beach house we stayed in was that it was very close to the beach.||||Do not walk, RUN as fast as you can from even thinking about renting from Dry Dock. We rented a “beach house” and it was the worst place I have ever seen. ||||There was NO DOOR on the bathroom. ||||There were ants EVERYWHERE!||||There was mildew and mold everywhere. ||||It smells.||||The couches look as if they were picked up from side of the road on bulk trash day.||||The floors are nasty and sticky and have gaps with crud in between. Only a couple of the windows actually open. ||||Went to Walmart to get bedding (pillows included) since we could not trust the cleanliness of what was provided. Not only that, it looks like it is from 1945. And probably not washed since then.||||Nobody (out of 5 girls) wanted to take a shower because it looked so gross. ||||We also did not want to cook because the stove was gross. ||||Just look at my pictures… NASTY PLACE TO STAY!!! ||||Run away and save...
