-backstory Im a Floridian down on vacation when my phone (s22 ultra)screen totally blacked out! Still rang and recieved messages.I had previous outer casing hardware replaced back home (different company) just a couple weeks ago ($430) but due to me being away and needing my phone ASAP i had no choice but to risk losing my warranty, possibly not having to buy another phone, and also seek a second opinion. Especially since this would be issue no.3 with original repair. I knew something was up.

Reviews led me here and so happy they did. Especially not knowing where to trust next. Long story short techs were able to locate the issue. The LCD-fpc plug pcb connector was crushed barely hanging on. Basically, making my phone useless! Owner could have just fixed it without telling me and claimed it was something else while doing so charging an arm and a leg (i mean we dont ever dissect our phones, so how would we ever know)... however, they did quite the opposite. Honest, trustworthy people!! He was able to get my phone screen working again within 30min ($40 service charge) for the meantime, but did worn me that I'd need to buy a new phone soon. Thank you very much for saving me another headache and for not only fixing the problem but telling me what caused it

This is about 2 experiences at this store. I bought a motorcycle battery here. The top posts were so soft that they broke the very 1st time I put bolts in them . Obvious manufacturer defect. They said physical damage isn't covered and refused to stand behind their product. 2nd instance...I bought a Duracell battery for my RV. Hooked it up in the front door under the fifth wheel and left it there. RV was never moved and we never opened the door except when my battery charger started saying it was a bad cell when it was on trickle charge. 18 month warranty. I took it back at 12 months. The battery wasn't even dirty. Really hadn't been used much at all. I left it with them. The guy said that where the date was scratched off to mark it it had been pierced. Stated physical damage again. No coverage. I'll say this. If an interstate car battery you bought at CO-OP goes bad for any reason. I mean you can run over the damn thing with your tractor.....no questions asked...they replace it happily. I promise that if you deal with these people at Batteries Plus they will rip you off and do anything they can to refuse to honor the MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY that they don't even have to pay for. This location was amazing. I rented a van to take my mom up to pigeon forge from Florida for possibly her last trip. After almost a 9 hr drive getting up here her 3 wheel scooter, plugged into the back of the van while traveling, I thought had charged only to find out it didn't. I plugged it in at the hotel overnight but nothing, bad batteries. I called Lily's where it came from and they referred me here where I talked to one of the guys. He came out to the van, removed the battery box and tested the batteries (bad) and the charger (good) so he replaced the batteries reinstalled them and tested good. You don't find genuine friendly and caring customer service like this anymore. It was so very appreciated and will always come here when in the area needing anything as well as refer them to others. Very genuine friendly people. He turned out to be the owner as well. Even more of a rarity these days that you meet or that the owner actually helps....
