The lady that helped me was very sweet and busy but it just was a terrible experience for me. It’s the next day and I’m still just drained of all the joy I felt walking in. I explained all my flaws that I was fully aware of. I also explained that my vow renewal was a celebration of life as my husband almost died. I also expressed my desire for everyone to wear their inside out! That I wanted to be beautiful! That I wanted something different. Bold! Colorful! Like my inside! I actually pulled a gown and it was a size too small but could be ordered. I fell in love right away! But, she kept bringing me plain white frock sheet dresses. She even told me that I needed something to camouflage. That at my age and size, I couldn’t wear the prettier dresses. My heart was broken. Today, I’m trying to get over it and move on. But, I guess it’s not going to happen today. I keep thinking I need to throw a garbage bag on and cut legs out of it. I seriously have entirely lost every ounce of excitement I felt. I know I’m fat. I know I’m old. I know I’m short. I know I’m crooked. But inside me is a free spirit, full of life! The theme was wear your inside out. First photo is the dress I loved that I now feel ugly in. The other is the sheet, she thought was appropriate for me. 😥 Just not a good experience. And our family usually comes...
Read moreI was very proud of myself for loosing 70 pounds this past year. I had worked really hard. I'm sorry but 140 is not fat. And even for anyone who's over that like I used to be..no woman should ever be put down by anyone especially a woman who runs a bridal shop . Women enter your shop hoping to feel beautiful. Opinions entering this place right off I was shown to the "bigger"dresses and anything I looked at she thought was to small. Also repeatedly told that she will not take returns or exchanges. Which only told me that even she isn't very proud of her cheap China made dresses. Ladies love yourself enough not to be reeled in by this money sucking troll of a woman! We're all beautiful and we deserve to feel as such. Threads are hanging off these dresses. Read review's before entering these places. And to this lady.. your customer service is the worst I've ever seen. I'm so glad I went to David's bridal instead the customer service alone is worth the money. Terrible place ,cheap dresses that cost more than they are worth. If someone can't back up their product ,by atleast allowing exchanges then they have no Faith in the product they sell. Please ladies save yourself and...

A few reasons this formal wear store has been a staple in Sevier County forever (my Mom came here in the 1900’s):
Selection—plenty of dresses in many colors for all types of events, along with fun accessories and gifts. They have all things guys need too, so everyone is covered in one easy location. They can even order anything you might want that is really different or attention-getting.
Service--They are kind and professional even when someone clueless like me needs big help to get things right--I’m getting better at it. Their team is even nice to people that wait to order until the very last minute, when they are completely slammed for multiple proms at the same time. Give them a break and show up a few weeks ahead to measure, so you can just pick up what you already ordered when the store is totally full of people.
Simple--So nice to know that I can depend on them for formal dances and prom with no worries about looking my best. I don’t have to figure it out on my own or hope it works okay. EASY and pretty affordable too. Thank you nice ladies for always helping me look great when I need...
