So last night I was in bluffs and I’ve been in there plenty of times over the years. I am a local. My lady and I were just trying to unwind after a busy day. And every thing was going good until we left and I noticed my 300 dollar vape was missing. Now they have a new bar tender his name is Glen and I am 100 % sure he swiped it off the table. I did eventually get it back after making a scene. But that is not the point. Glen told us he was Two days on the job and this is how he treats his customers, prior to this I done left him a five star review on here but now it has been deleted as a result of him trying to steal something from me. Do not leave your stuff on your table if he is working. He come over right after we got seated and took two glasses off the table within five minutes of us getting there and that was the last time I seen my vape until I noticed it was gone. I come back to Bluff’s from the car and started asking about it real politely and he even got asked directly by a friend of mine that works there and he said he hasn’t seen it. It was after the third time I went around asking everyone that worked there if they had found one or seen it that it turned up all of a sudden behind the bar. Now since the place was dead and I don’t go behind the bar; how did it get there. More importantly why this man decided to grab something off the table that did not belong to the bluffs, can only mean one thing. Might I add I was still there when he grabbed it. It was not after I left. How ever I’ve been coming to the bluffs for years and have never had a single issue here and I will continue to come back but do not trust the new guy …. “ Glen ”. And what’s crazy I’m pretty sure he grabbed it while we where standing right there playing pool. And it was my shot so I didn’t get to see what he grabbed off the table and that’s why I did not notice it till we had changed tables and left. The only reason I am leaving this review is because I was trying to support a local business and a new guy when I gave him the first review that he asked for. And then this happened. And I think everyone should be aware that this guy can’t be trusted….. also I would like to thank the rest of the staff for helping me get my vape back and Katelyn the manager for being very understanding and forgiving for my actions as I caused a little scene. save your time and skip this place the gnome is a much better bar 2 mins away. The norm here has become poor service poor food and LONG waits. Whether you wait to be greeted for your drink or food you will be waiting here. Should be renamed bluffs waiting room in my honest opinion. I normally do not leave reviews being in the industry but for the life of me I can not get the most simple things from this place to make it even more annoying it is the closest place to my house to eat. Due to their incompetence even that is enough to make this place worth stopping at. I did a Togo order tonight (remember how convenient I mentioned this place is to get to for me) I was quoted 15 mins. I waited 30. No problem I get it I do this too. They finally come to me after 30 mins after I ordered on the phone and ask if this is my food and say I didn’t give them a name (the person taking my order repeated my name on the phone). I tell the guy this and he argues with me over it and throws his hands in the air? Super Unprofessional and he wouldn’t work for me with that kind of attitude and lack of self accountability but alas still not a huge deal. We start looking at the order and it is also not right. At this point I told them to keep their food and walked out to go the gnome I mentioned earlier driving 2 mins further would have saved me 30-40 minutes overall. This is not an isolated incident. Over the past 3-4 years I have had issues in this place with all the things I’ve mentioned above sometimes waiting 20-30 mins for someone to even ask if I can get a drink while I am sitting directly at the bar. Id love to be able to come in this place and even just receive a Togo order due to the convenience never mind the terrible service. Everything about this place was awesome! We were visiting Pigeon Forge from the Cincinnati area and were looking for a sports bar to watch the Bengals game with my parents and children. We came across this place on a Google search, and I'm SO glad we did!

The atmosphere is chill and comfortable. The place was clean, nice, and had a great open space. There was plenty of seating and multiple NFL games on every wall for any fan. Our waitress was INCREDIBLE! I am so mad I didn't think to get her name. We hadn't had this kind of service in years. Our party of seven barely had a chance to have an empty cup. Our cheerful, kind, and attentive waitress was so patient with our group as we ordered a variety of things during our visit and throughout watching the game. I can't emphasize enough the kindness of this waitress. She brought my kindergartener her food so quickly, and we were so grateful. She even reheated the mac and cheese some 30+ minutes later when my kid didn't eat it right away so she could have it warm when she was finally ready.

Bluff's Grill and Tap has a very extensive menu for both food and drinks. There were options for everyone at our table. Everyone was having a great time. There were cornhole boards to play, a pool table, and multiple dart games available. My teens and young child enjoyed playing the games when they weren't sitting at the table with us. Bluff's made the game, our experience, and our visit so much better! We have raved about our visit to Bluff's to friends and family who talk about Pigeon Forge.
