Don’t take the chance if you have Allergies!
I’ve tried to be really patient with this new location opening but today is officially the last time I will waste my money here. The first few weeks were fine, orders right, long lines but everyone was super nice so I was really excited. After the first few weeks the quality plummeted. While almost everyone had provided excellent service that just can’t make up for the constant issues with my orders. First issue was a day my fiancé and I both ordered rebels, all I asked was for no raspberry in mine, we both got less ice and topped off. We weren’t told till we got to the window that topping off a single rebel drink was an additional $5 each. I let it slide because we had to get to work, then I tasted my drink and it was nothing but raspberry flavored. I couldn’t drink it at all $20 for two drinks down the drain. Next day I ordered a mint and chocolate coffee drink with almond milk due to a milk allergy. There was no flavor in the coffee and it was regular milk, I had to leave work early because of the allergy reaction. Then I stuck with one drink thinking that would be safest. A green tea with strawberry and blackberry. I ordered this drink 5 times in the first few weeks and loved it, the 6th time it had no flavor and was a totally different color, I walked up to the window to tell them the issue and they remade it, but it didn’t improve. I stopped back by a couple hours later to talk to someone about it and explained that I had ordered this same drink 5 times different times of the day and it had tasted the same and looked different, the man told me they must have accidentally put a different flavor in it because the drink I got that day was correct, how would they make the exact same mistake 5 different days at different times? At this point I was fed up, I stopped going but my fiancé was begging for a drink, he’d finally found his favorite. We tried it again and I ordered a green tea/lemonade with strawberry&watermelon, he gets the Hawaiian no banana add blue raspberry, he is allergic to the banana flavoring. Although each time before the drink had been made right this visit it had banana and regular raspberry in it. He couldn’t drink it because of his allergy. It’s been more than 3 weeks and he really wanted a drink today, we gave it one more shot. He ordered the same, I ordered a green tea/lemonade, strawberry, blackberry and watermelon extra sweet. His drink once again had banana so he couldn’t drink it and mine tastes like water, I had multiple people try it to see if maybe it was just me but every single person says it’s colored water. There’s no flavor of even the green tea. I’m tired of wasting my money. I appreciate the kindness of the employees, they have been nice and polite. However, I could never recommend a place that is so callous when allergies...
Read moreBeen going to Dutch Bros in Tennessee for a while now, this one more though, and I've noticed that there isn't many staff there no matter what, but I constantly hear them and see them having fun making the drinks! I've seen a lot of them take my order, both walk-up and drive-thru, and so so many are sweet! Still have yet to meet a disrespectful one! Been putting this review off for a while, because I don't have much free time. I've seen several other customers snap at the staff, and they shouldn't be treated like that, especially if they're trying their best, which I know they always are trying, because I swear they are so speedy!!!!!! Although this Dutch Bros is one of the longest lines, and don't have the food like Chorizo Wrap yet, I love the muffin tops (all three too), love the service, and they are just cherry on top of vacations, and any day, bad or not! People who say, Seven Brew is faster, they may be right, but its for a reason that a lot of stores don't have. Space. I've seen Seven Brew so big its basically three, if not five, times the size of Dutch Bros, and they get people out faster because not only does seven brew have four things to make shots per spot, but they also have more people making drinks, when there's only one to three (possibly four idk) here. Staff at this spot, if you're reading this, you are loved whether you're off right now, or just on the clock reading this. Y'all make my day when I chat with yall. I also notice the staff zigzagging when they do drive orders. There's a reason why they have a sign saying, "Choose the shortest line." at the start! I feel like if they have to direct people where to go, thats on the people that chose the longer line, because if someone gets their order and they were there after, thats not the staff's fault! People getting mad is something I don't like, because I see a lot rude to them, when they're so nice to them. Like if they have a bad day, they shouldn't take it out on them! Makes them lose their happiness, and I love seeing them happy. Especially when I saw them dressing as one person with a beard a while ago! I never could stop laughing and smiling. Whoever they were dressing up as, you definitely meant something to them!!! Wish I worked there man. The vibes go crazy no matter what. Always have a clean area, and I love me a clean area when they make my drink! Drinks vary. Costs between $3 to $8 without customizing. Love tipping, because they go straight to the people who work there, and not just the whole company. Makes me want to...
Read moreI first want to share that I am from the PNW, which is were Dutch Bros is originally from. We are so disappointed in our experience here and encourage others not to come to this specific Dutch location.
First, we ordered 3 iced drinks and a deconstructed rebel (which is not put together/separated since we didn’t want the ice to melt for the person we were brining it to. So they don’t have to do like any work for this). We waited for over 30 minutes to get our drinks when there were only 5 people in front of us. We also watched the attendant at the window put in another order for the car in the drive thru, which is not the way Dutch bros does their drive thru. Second, was our experience with the person who took our order. We were asked to select our tip option, and after my fiance selected the amount the guy immediately took the iPad back and told us to have a good day. I asked my fiance if he pressed finish at the bottom to complete the order, but did not have time as the guy pulled the iPad right back. As he told us to have a good day, I watched him walk to another car beside us in the other lane (still on the tipping screen). I proceeded to watch him select the LARGEST TIP AMOUNT and press finish. Thus, charging us for more than we consenting. He then spent 10 minutes with 1 car, petting their dogs, while mind you there were 10 cars behind us and no one else outside taking orders. While this was going on, there was a girl washing floor mats outside.. not helping make orders or taking orders? By the time we got up to the window, the same guy who took our order was there. He started to confirm our order then said “oh I don’t need to confirm, I took your order I know it’ll be right” with a smart attitude. When he handed us a drink, I asked to confirm that it was the right drink, and he continued in his smart attitude a snarky regard to me. We waited another 5 minutes at the window, literally looking at our remaining 2 drinks. The guy was now no where to be seen, and someone else was now coming up to the window, and WE had to tell him those were our drinks.
Needless to say, we waited ann awfully long time, was sneakily charged more for what we selected, and was greeted with unprofessional and...
