Very Disappointed with Snowmass Coral Tree Cabin Experience I had an extremely frustrating experience staying at the Snowmass Coral Tree Cabin. It took me over six hours to finally get in touch with someone to guide me to the cabin. I tried calling multiple times, but nobody ever picked up the phone. I was stranded and had no idea where to go, and the lack of communication was absolutely unacceptable.
I was left wandering in an unfamiliar area with no assistance until 10 PM, when I finally managed to get a response. This is not the kind of service I expect, especially when paying a premium for a stay. Communication and customer support were terrible, and it made the entire experience stressful and unpleasant.

I unfortunately had to cancel this week due to circumstances beyond my control, giving Snowmass 4 months to rebook my high-demand spring break vacation. The cost to me? $170!!!!!!! I can see charging a $25 cancellation fee to offset the 2 minutes of time it took the CSR to cancel the reservation, but $170? I can assure you, we will never go here...
