I cannot recommend this place enough! We hosted our small wedding reception here and the staff was incredible. The food was unlike any I’ve ever had, so delicious I’m craving it days later. The staff treated my family and friends so well and were attentive. Chris stayed in touch with me the entire time, as I was planning all of this from the east coast. They truly made my wedding a day to remember and I’m so grateful I choose The Edge Restaurant at Timberline to host my event. Can’t wait to come back for our anniversary!

The edge restaurant was average. The food was very good. My mom and dad had the chicken and veal schnitzel and it was tasty and flavorful. The fondue was awesome and the apple strudel was great. Our waitress was not enthusiastic and seemed uninterested. She was much more attentive to the table behind us for some reason. We almost had to wait for our drinks and food took kind of a long time to come out. Overall I do not know if I would come back to this place. There are many other restaurants in the area that are better.

This is the best place to eat in Aspen. The wait staff was considerate, the atmosphere was perfect and the German food was some of the best I've had. I got the red deer, schnitzel, brats, potato pancakes, mussels, and apple strudel. All good choices. Make sure you take the opportunity to get here on your visit to Aspen. You will not be disappointed!

We visited the Edge restaurant in March. While the food was lovely and the serving staff were wonderful. We had a horrible experience while trying to leave.

I am currently expecting, and we were eating with my elderly in-laws and my infant daughter. The snow started coming down very badly, so my husband pulled the car up to the pick-up/drop-off zone in order to let his frail parents get into the car more easily, and so I could keep my baby out of the snow as long as possible. My family was waiting by the door for the car, so there was no "parking" on my husband's part. He literally pulled up and we began loading.

As I was strapping in my daughter, I heard a man begin screaming at my husband. I figured out he was the shuttle driver, and was mad that he couldn't drive straight up to the door, even though there was plenty of space behind us to wait. After my husband told him we would leave as soon as we could, given his elderly parents and my pregnant state, the driver proceeded to BLOCK US in what I can only describe as a temper tantrum.

Despite how wonderful the meal was, we will never return to the Timberline to dine or stay because of this experience. My husband called to complain to the onsite manager. He was told someone would call him back, and...

We visited the timberline in March for dinner. The restaurant was lovely and waiter staff excellent, however, the parking attendant at the Timberline was extraordinarily rude.

I pulled our car up to the pick up/drop off zone to get my elderly parents, pregnant wife, and infant child into the car during a snow storm. The attendant proceeded to yell at me for being in the pick up/drop off zone... Mind you as he was doing this, the doors were open and my handicapped family was attempting to get into the car. We were there no more than 5 minutes max. The attendant proceeded to block our car in, in his tantrum because he couldn't pick up more customers.

Because of this extremely rude experience, we will no longer be going to this restaurant or consider this place for accomodations...

We have come here a couple of times when we come here yearly. The Wursts are some of the best!! We were surprised by their Thai one that reminded my wife and I very much of unique meat when we were actually in Thailand.

The pork shank was huge! Meat was soft and crunchy outside with some delicious unique mustard to go with everything. Spetzel and other apps were delicious and unique.

The beer steins are huge. This time they were out of a few beers which was unfortunate but still had the dunker which I liked.

Parking across the...
