We were upgraded to a nicely decorated 3 bedroom unit (I had booked a two bedroom Platinum condos). It was on the third floor in the Slope building (there are 4 buildings along the Dawdler ski run) and we had a great view of the ski hill. ||||It was true ski in and ski out. We could take the elevator down to the ground level with our skis and walk a short path to the slope and put on our skis. ||||The unit also came with parking though we decided not to rent a car because the condo has its own shuttle service with its own app for requesting rides. Very handy. And the village itself has its own shuttle service which we never used - plus there is a RFTA public bus service as well. ||||Back to the condo unit. It had a small ski closet just outside of the door to the condo where we could store our skis. It fit 3 sets of skis and poles easily. Might be able to fit 4 sets. Not sure what you’d do if you had a snowboard or more people staying in there as it could have slept 6 people. ||||The kitchen was fairly well equipped. Had enough pots/pans, knives, etc that I could make some simple meals. Comes with salt and pepper only. Came with two small packets of coffee and a couple of tea bags which don’t get replenished. Cleaning happens every other day which was fine with me. ||||Bathrooms came with large body wash, shampoo and crème rinse and body lotion so you don’t have to bring your own. ||||We never made it to the pool or hot tubs but I imagine you can bring a towel from the unit or maybe they had towels down there. ||||Overall we were very happy with the unit we had (which was an updated one). ||||Would definitely recommend if you want ski in and ski out and lots of space. ||||It isn’t close to the mall or base village but I would not say that the village has that much that you want to be staying right near it. The shuttles make it easy to get to...

Overall a positive experience, but there were details that were lacking. ||Positive: Very beautiful location. Our unit was at the end of the road in the Aspen Snowmass village which meant we were right up against the mountain in a quiet environment. There was a hiking trail right behind our unit and the light was low enough that was saw beautiful stars every night. The unit was in great condition with a wonderful king bed, patio and living room area. Peaceful and a great place to enjoy fall in aspen.||Negative: TV had only access to streaming networks and a odd 'Samsung TV Plus' which had no live channels and a connection which constantly cut out. The water in the kitchen sink would periodically cut out with no pattern. There was poor communication with the front desk and housecleaning as our unit was barged into at 830a on our checkout date and again at 958a without knocking by cleaning staff expecting to clean our unit (checkout is 10a). Lastly, we were greeted with a $110 'resort fee' upon arrival. Very difficult to figure out what that charge covered when our room wasn't cleaned once in our two nights, there was no equipment to rent and there was a single pool/hot tub for 3 complexes. Hardly worth $55/nt and unclear why that couldn't be packaged with our reservation. ||Overall a beautiful place but the finer details were lacking to make it a 5...

I will start with the positives....||•We've stayed in these units before and we like them. Great location. Nicely furnished.||•The fall color was beautiful.||•Mgmt was communicative||•The unit was nice and the steam generator in the master bedroom shower was exquisite.||•We were given an extended checkout (11am vs the normal 10am)||||And the not so postive....||•We arrived mid evening on our first night and were informed at arrival the hot tub/pool were not available due to a wedding party. Since they were listed as an amenity at booking and a reason we chose this location is should be available.||•The first night we saw a mouse in the living room and later in the kitchen, where it disappeared under the dishwasher.||•There was a loud group above us with stomping, yelling, dog barking, furniture moving. I waited until 11pm to report and it continued until 1am with no response from mgmt until morning.||||We may return although it won't be our first choice and we would stay on...

Upon the check in, the staff was not friendly. Not rude, but just not friendly. Like they were just over it and couldn’t care less about you. The “lobby” is small and uninviting. We booked a 2 bedroom deluxe and were led astray by pictures online. The condo is musty, smells like a nursing home, and needs updating desperately. It’s stuck in the 90s for sure. When we checked jn it was 14 degrees and the beds have one measly quilt that is so thin it’s unbelievable. The bed is SO uncomfortable and super squeaky. Worst mattress we’ve experienced at a Hyatt, honestly Hyatt place is leaps and bounds better. The pillows on the couches are so tattered and worn; can’t even use them because so many feathers are coming out. The only plus is that it’s clean like Hyatt’s standard but that’s about it. Honestly, Hyatt should be embarrassed to have their name attached to this place.

Stayed there for about a week. Rooms are decent with a stove, cooking utensils, laundry and dishwasher but its a bit dated. One of the rooms had 4 beds crammed in lol. Air is a bit thin and everyone staying there was mad thirsty the entire time so make sure to bring a lot of water. Its a great location if youre there to ski since the backyard connects directly to the ski slopes. Limited parking (someone kept blocking our spot) and the food in town was a bit pricey Hottub, pool and towels at the main office checkout area. Theres also free coffee and hot chocolate. Make sure you download their TOV shuttle app on your phone to get around - basically its like a free uber but for the surrounding housing complex to get around

Very good place. I had couple very wonderful nights there. The room is warm and big. Through the big window in the dining hall, I see beautiful mountain view in the morning. Meanwhile, it is very close to aspen and maroon bells. So it is a good place for night staying if you plan to hike or ski here.
