We enjoyed our two week stay here the last two weeks of July, 2025. Weather was pleasant, not too hot, but breezier and cooler in the evenings than we had planned for. Location is very convenient to sights, restaurants and shops in Solvang and also to nearby communities of Buellton (where we got groceries) and Santa Ynez (where we visited the casino). A nice walking park is just across the street making our morning strolls easy to take.

The grounds were well maintained, the staff at check-in were friendly and efficient. Our one bedroom unit in the same building as the lobby, was a quick elevator ride to the third floor (not all the buildings have elevators...I requested no flights of stairs). The bedroom was smallish but adequate--the bed comfortable, the bathroom had plenty of space for us. A large entry closet and washer/dryer were near the front door and the kitchen, which was almost a little TOO spacious (perhaps this was an 'accessible' unit? you could hold wheelchair races in it! Also, there was so much cupboard space--much more than is needed for even a two week stay,) was well equipped. There was a peninsula island with seating for two and a separate dining for four table.

The living/sitting/dining area was a bit tight--couldn't be an 'accessible' unit after all! ;-) There was a fireplace that we didn't need to use, but we used the DVD player and watched movies a couple times. We enjoyed having our own BBQ grill right on our patio, with table and 4 chairs. Our view looked over the parking lot to the building next door, but it was a good distance away and there were trees, too, and good separation from neighboring units.

Very nice pool and spa area (and kiddie pool) were right outside the 'lobby building' where there was also the owners' lounge (had a fun 1 hour bingo game with prizes on Tuesday), and game room (ping pong, pool table, kids play area with large building blocks and kids' games, books and movies to check out for no charge). There is no smoking permitted anywhere on the property, but there's a bench just off the driveway to the side street set up (ash/butt receptacles, evening lighting) for those of us who just haven't quite given the habit up yet.

All in all, we had a lovely time here enjoying the shops, bakeries, museums, food (and some by DoorDash), farmers' market (on Wednesday) lovely drives through beautiful country...there's lots more to see and do than we did. We would come back again if the opportunity...

What a treat!!! Q beautiful property that is within walking distance to the shops. It's in a quiet area surrounded by paths of flowers. The staff is so bubbly, friendly and accommodating. Don't worry if you forgot something, like I did.. I forgot my toothbrush and I asked front desk. They were so kind to give me one. They have coffee in the main room at 7am. There is also a game room with a pool table, ping pong table, football, and dvds to take to your room. The room is complete with a full working kitchen stove and has everything you need from a fridge/freezer, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, drinkware, etc.... Kick up your feet! We stayed in a 3 bed with a living room furnished with a comfy couch that turns into a bed, chairs and a dining table. The bedrooms were so spacious with all your needs too. 1 bedroom was a king bed with it's own bathroom, the other bedroom was a queen and the other bedroom was 2 twin beds. All very comfortable with drawers and closet space. The bathroom was great. We had a handicap shower which was perfect for our group. We were a group of ladies on a breast cancer retreat. So the handles in the shower helped with a lower tub. It was perfect!! I definitely want to go back and stay. As we got ready to leave ... We took a walk to the back of the property and across the street... There's this path with so much beauty of flowers, plants, just beautiful nature! See...

We've stayed here three times with our little family and come away with precious memories each time. It's the perfect setting and environment for a family to spend time together in quality ways. We have very few complaints of the amenities at WorldMark Solvang. Our unit this last time had sketchy tv reception but really, we weren't there to watch TV so that was kinda helpful in working with our efforts for family time. We had a two bedroom unit, #1204, and were super impressed with how nice and tidy, clean and fresh, everything was! Loved the flooring...wood look porcelain tile, nice carpet...wipe-able but comfortable upholstery on the stools, chairs, couches. The bedrooms we're spacious and had so much cupboard/dresser/closet space...easily making a longer stay very comfortable there! We asked for a pack and play for the baby and it came right away and was nice and clean - something I'd put my baby in! Honestly, my biggest complaint is the lack of towel bars in the master bathroom! 😆 It did bug me to pay for wifi - I never could get it to load to renew a second day...didn't look into it but I'm sure the front desk could have helped. We hardly ever heard our neighbors and when we did, it wasn't disturbing or obnoxious. Sure hope they thought the same of us...4 kids, excited to be there, can get a little noisy sometimes! 😝 We love staying here and enjoying the surrounding town..can't wait...
