I liked the concept of the Bering ring with exchangeable inserts. A stone of the first ring came off and I bought back a year later (we travel to Solvang every November for our anniversary) and told no exchanges. I bought another insert thinking it was a fluke. Two stones fell out w/in months!! It’s 4 hour drive so I waited until our anniversary. I brought my receipts hoping this store would back their faulty inserts and give me another one. The woman focused on my original ring (which is no problem) and said the warranty was expired and to call Bering but doubted they would help me. She also said, “We have no control how people treat their jewelry” which I responded “I always take my jewelry off at home and do not wear it gardening or doing housework.” It’s the insert that is faulty —not the ring! 04/22/17 My husband and I went to this store and before we even walked in an older heavy set blonde woman started a leaf blower right in our path to the door. I even made eye contact with her before we walked in. Didn't even say sorry as we were trying to go in. I've been to other pandora stores and have never been so disrespected. I was happy to go in but after that I walked around said everything was too plain and we walked out. Very disappointed in this store and the utter disrespect we were shown. Love this place! They are the only place where I can find Pandora charms and jewelry within about a hundred and fifty mile radius. The staff are very helpful and kind. The location is very convenient to access. And the store is very clean. They have a lot of unique items. Parking is fairly easy as well. My only disappointment is with their closing time. 5 pm is too early. Have to take off early from work. Difficult to fit in for locals who have full time jobs in the...
