First, I would like to say that the products this store has are awesome; fine quality and a great selection.

The low score is based off of my service experience there. It happened in 2020 during the height of the pandemic and because small businesses were really hurting during that time, I choose not write this review at that time.

When I visited the store at that time, I inquired regarding one of the beautiful tables, as I was looking for one. The lady said it would cost too much and made another recommendation. She did the same thing about one of the chairs as well. I did not appreciate the assumption that I could not afford items there for sale. Great for unique home and kitchen gifts and accessories, even special furniture pieces. This is one of my favorite home/kitchen stores. It is a must stop for me whenever I am in the Solvang area. I also like that they carry merchandise and do business with a number of companies making their products in America. I have found their service to be friendly, kind, helpful and all around top notch. They follow up and follow through. For example, if you want to purchase an out of stock item, they don't just say they will notify you when it is available, they actually follow through and contact you....

This store is WONDERFUL! We popped in on a whim on our last day before heading back to Texas. I noticed the gorgeous hand painted mugs in the window and knew I needed one.
