Pillars of the Valley — Attraction in St. Louis

I foolishly thought that the walking/biking greentrail to the Arch would be a safe 1.5mile morning walk. FALSE I was not anticipating the very vocal vulgar homeless population along the trail. I've comfortably walked MANY other big cities but St. Louis is NOT it.
