I have been with State Farm Insurance and a customer of Mr. John Hayden only for 20+ years. He's always so professional, knowledgeable, caring, funny and very detailed about which insurance plans fit your budget and needs. Not just for your vehicles, but your home, family needs, life insurance, education, etc. He's dependable and you can call him and discuss anything you need help with. His staff (team) are incredible too, especially Ms. Jackie. If he's not available, his team is so great, I feel secure in knowing they can help assist me as if they were Mr. Hayden. They remember your birthdays, if you've had a loss of a family member or just checking and congratulating you on successful achievements your family have done. The lead agent of this office is VERY rude and disrespectful. Called to make a payment on my policy for a week straight and there was no answer. Called again this morning and Mr. Hayden answered. I told him I was calling to make payment and he tried to charge me an additional $50 for my payment and when I questioned as to why, he very rudely told me if I didn’t stop talking , he couldnt speak to explain why he was FRAUDULENTLY TRYING TO CHARGE ME $50 more than my policy amount, which is crazy and disrespectful. And then hung up on me when I asked to be re routed to the 1800 customer service number I initially called to make the payment. I am contacting State Farm corporate to report this man and am currently on the phone changing my office back to Bradford O’Neil. Do not trust with office with your policy...

I want to thank State Farm for its Motto – They are always there when needed. One day, I locked my keys in the car in Fairview Heights, IL, and I live in St. Louis, MO, which is far away. I called the State Farm number on the Roadside request listed on the app. When things happen instantly, one cannot think of whom to call. The State Farm app is a nice feature on your phone in an emergency; I made that one call. They knew my location, and the tech called me to say they got my request and would be there shortly.
