Grand Canyon plaza hotel apartment — Hotel in Tusayan

Beautiful studio with an entire kitchen stocked with all the cooking essentials you'd need! Gorgeous bathroom with lots of hot water and great water pressure! Super comfy mattress with luxurious pillows and bedding and extra thick towels and there are plenty of extra towels, pillows, and blankets- they don't skimp on anything! Nice deck where I was watching some elk! Also a coin operated washer and dryer right across the hall! It was actually cheaper than most regular hotel rooms! Your key card also gets you access to the indoor hot tub inside the Grand Canyon Plaza Hotel and you can use the pool in the summertime and enjoy the restaurant, bar, and gift shop! Also very friendly and helpful staff especially Kelsey who went out of her way to assist me, the only thing that I would suggest is that they put a light where the sign and doorway is for the studio apartments because it was hard to see at night but otherwise one of the best hotel experiences...

This was comfortable and nice bit very very cold on winter nights. Their heating unit was placed very high for me to read and I had to find another traveler to help me set the heat to be more than 67 degrees and in the night the heat went down to 69 degrees way too cold for my 7lb dog and myself.
