This place was overpriced, very bad quality food. I had five people with me and we spent $100. I had the burger which was dry on a pretzel bun. Two people in our party had spaghetti which looked like just normal spaghetti noodles and a can of spaghetti sauce. We had to go back up and ask for more spaghetti sauce because they were very skimpy. They gave us two very small containers that would be like a size for a ranch dipping sauce. One of the children, 14 year old, that was in the party had a chicken sandwich that he did not finish and thought that it was gross. Positive side to one item, is that we had jalapeno poppers which were good, but I think they were just frozen from Cisco or another food distributor and all they did was deep fry them, so it wasn't that spectacular of a feat. There was no ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise on the items. Had to wait in line again to be able to get ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise and also wait in line a second time to get more sauce for the spaghetti. The fifth person got a meatball sandwich and also thought that it was skimpy on the meatballs, mostly bread, little sauce and not very good. No fries came with the meals, and each meal was over $13 each. We ordered the fries separately for $5. The spaghetti was $13 roughly, The burger was $12.95 I believe. The garlic bread that you see in the picture was just a piece of toast with no butter no garlic on it, it looks grilled kind of nicely though. There's not a whole lot of choices in that local area but if I could save you from spending that much money I'd go to Wendy's or McDonald's. on our way back home to Phoenix we stopped at a Italian restaurant that was on Diners Drive-Ins and Dives. We got three 12-in magnificent pizzas, two individual plates of pasta, two glasses of wine one glass of beer. Two cheesecakes. It was $15 more than foodie club. If you're passing through Flagstaff on your way back from Grand Canyon check...
Read moreListen to the other reviewers and save yourself the bad experience - go elsewhere! The food here was so bad and overpriced I didn't even bother taking a picture to post on Google. My husband ordered the omelet, which on the menu was listed as containing bacon ham, AND sausage. When he told the server what he wanted, the server said, which do you want: bacon, ham, or sausage. My husband noted that he would like all three of since that's what the menu said. The man told my husband that the menu was incorrect and needed to be updated. My husband opted not to get the potatoes with the omelette and he asked for something else. The man asked what else he would like and my husband asked what sort of side options there were. The man told them there weren't any. To my husband went back to insisting that he get all three and it's omelet and the man relented. To their credit, my husband did enjoy the omelet and said it was very good.
I ordered the chicken sandwich with no cheese. The chicken was thin sliced chicken breast in the sandwich wasn't anything special, but it didn't taste bad.
They also had fruit cups for $8 and a kids 6 oz juice for $5. For those looking for dairy-free options, they did have some dairy-free snacks and chips, and they also carried so delicious dairy-free yogurt (that was also overpriced!)!
So the food wasn't terrible, but it just felt very overpriced for what you got. We paid $37 for an omelet, a sandwich, a bag of chips, and a bottled soda. Not that I anticipate food ever be back here, but if we were we would skip this place and try somewhere...
Read moreLet me start with I worked throughout university in the service industry and I have never been as rude to any customer as the man at the cash register at this establishment was to me. I saw high ratings on google so I rolled in for a to go order and a glass of wine. They have a full bar only feet away from the register that has benches where you can seat yourself. I sat down there and waited while a man stood only feet away at the register with no one at all to help. I waited, and then I thought, "I guess I have to order over there." No problem, every place has its own rules. I go over to the register where let's call him "Chad" coldly gives me a menu. No problem, I don't need sunshine. I find what I want and I order a cheeseburger which was easy enough. Then, I said, " And a glass of wine." He then says to me," Why are you talking like that?" I repeated myself in the same volume that I ordered the cheeseburger in, maybe even louder. He then says it again!! "Why are you talking like that?" I have a standard American accent and he heard me on the cheeseburger, why is he asking, "Why are you talking like that?" This is the most disrespectful anyone at a restaurant has ever been to me for no reason. I just said, “Never mind…” and left. This man needs a job at a data entry center, not dealing with the public and glued to a computer screen for 8 hours a day as to not offend anyone. I also heard him be very short with another customer while I was waiting at the bar. Thanks Chad! Get a job in the park...away...
