I was happily surprised that this location had Asiago bagels this morning, but I had to be there by 10am on a Sunday to ensure this. 9 times out of 10, regardless of whether I go in the morning, afternoon, or early evening, most bagels and bakery choices are already sold out. Their app doesn’t do a great job of telling me this so if I order delivery, I tend to receive something other than what I’ve ordered without even a call to ask me what I’d prefer. I would think they would restock these items throughout the day, but this seldom occurs. They have since changed their cream cheese to a cheaper type as well and I used to like their whipped version even though it did cost more than buying from the store. This was another change I was unhappy to see was made. All in all, they are very slow and wait times are long only to find most bakery items are not even available. They should really consider baking more to accomodate those of us who are not picking up dozens of bagels at a time. If this was not such a common occurrence it wouldn’t be such a problem, but 90% of the time this is the case and I’ve wasted my time yet again. Disappointed with selection, quality and poor wait times. I used to visit mutiple times per week (I live within a few blocks from your location) and now it’s a few times a year at best. Please get it together Panera on Alpine in Walker. Your standards should be far better for what we pay for your food and you should have the food on your menu ready for us to order....
Read moreI had a horrible experience here last week. I had an app order, already ordered, and paid. I saw no option for curbside which is extremely inconvenient for toddler moms just wanting to get in and out really quick . The app said my order was ready and to pick it up on the self pickup shelf. I go in and there is only one other customer looking at sweets about to order. I get to the self pick up shelf and there is not a single order there! Then I see all the bags on the counter behind the desk and right away my order is easily spot-able bc I ordered a latte and it sits right in front of my bag. Mine is the second bag on the end and I go to get it and the associate yells at me not to! The whole time she is helping some one who hasn’t order or paid yet and there is another training associate it looks like next to her! Why couldn’t the training associate just ask me which one was mine really quick? But no I was ignored and not even greeted upon arrival into the store! Then the associate claims I’m stealing my own order! She comes and tries to give me the order closest to me which isn’t mine twice! I had to spell out my last name letter for letter just to get my order and go. No thank you or good day at all. This review should be a 0. Will not be going back to this location. Read moreI ordered a bowl of broccoli cheddar with a baguette. Two extra baguettes and a green passion fruit smoothie for delivery. Feb 12th. I got a notification that it was delivered, nothing. I call multiple times no answer. Finally when I get through they said the driver had to turn around he forgot the smoothie. Totally understandable. By the time I get the food it is 40 minutes late. Cold, and the wrong soup. Along with the wrong size soup. Not extra baguettes and the smoothie is spilled all over the top. Call again and again no answer. Leave a review through Google about how my order was, I get a call back today a week later. A voicemail from a Bonnie offering to send me another order or refund. I call back again no answer. Try 20 minutes later got someone, they put me on hold for more than 15 minutes so I hung up. I really just wanted another order sent out like she offered because I love Panera.
